Amazing customer service from a lovely lady called Louise! Could see I was very stressed out, and my card wasn’t working so she said that’s she would keep my food and hot chocolate while I run to the cash machine to take cash out! So thank you very much! ❤️❤️

I love this wee shop staff are so nice always willing to help customers nothing is too much trouble always greeting customers with a smile especially senga she always cheers up my day. So if you want a wee coffee and a sandwich or whatever sit in or take away I highly recommend coming here x

Went in early morning before heading off for work, hardly slept and in a bad mood, just wanted to grab and get on with it... but then had the most awesome member of staff who literally danced my order together, huge smile and clearly having a great time at her job which is a rare thing to see... set
i wish i could rate this shop higher! outstanding staff and immaculate shop. my experience with Greggs Bankhead is always a good one. never had a bad experience. i'm always served by either Trudie, Louise, Cameron or Jake and they always have smiles on their faces and just seem so happy to be there.
i usually get to greggs around 4:20/30 depending on when i finish working that day. i always walk in and im always greeted by friendly faces. the staff can hold a grand conversation and sometimes just cheer me up. great food aswell.
Always a great day when I can go to Greggs only negative now a days never have any cream buns or donuts and they never say why! I been to loads Greggs in East Lothian! But I always buy caramel shortcake and 2 scotch pies and the wife like a teriyaki roll
Is really affordable breakfast but the coffee bean that used in the coffee not good taste if you could provide another type of bean such as Brazilian or Columbiana beans.

The staff are friendly and make me feel welcome, even when busy. It's nice sometimes when you go somewhere that it feels like they are happy you visited.
Generally always friendly service. One member of staff insists on calling every customer ( and I mean every customer) "darling" which can be slightly irritating.
Did the job, staff friendly and efficient in dealing with customer demands .. food was usual standard from Greggs.. I have the App on my phone and Reward scheme is very ..... Rewarding lol 😆
