I kept seeing A pinch of salt on social media so decided to go this morning while in Edinburgh and Liv was fab! So friendly and cheery!

Brilliant place for a quick cake/coffee break! Amazing hot chocolate! Not too sweet yet still decadent and creamy. A great addition to the Salt family of cafes. Their baked goods are also single handedly baked by Liv, the head baker for Salt Cafe( in Morningside)
The quality treats of Salt Cafe delivered in a convenient Tollcross location. The owner is friendly all morning, which really sets this apart from other coffee boxes. I will certainly be setting a course to go past here on my commute
If in Edinburgh in Tolcross find the Pinch of Salt stall and get the pumpkin latte, they actually put a marshmallow pumpkin on it. So cute and delicious!! The owner is also very friendly, didn't know it was opened by the same people as the Salt Cafe.

One of my favourite spots for coffee and cake in Edinburgh - Had a dirty chai and it was so good. Also would highly recommend the cookies or any of the baked goods made by owner Liv - she puts so much effort and thought into them, it definitely comes across when you eat them! We popped to Pinch of salt to grab a coffee and were not disappointed! But what did we expect with Salt cafe being our fave brunch spot we knew Pinch of salt would be a hit !
