This is easily our favourite pub/restaurant in the area. Service always attentive, professional yet friendly, food is exceptionally good and also good value, good selection of wines and ales, very clean throughout, and dog friendly too. Could do with more vegetarian options but otherwise perfect. Although no vegetarian/vegan option for Sunday lunch, a meat free option (veg and Yorkshire pudding) was available for only £10 - tremendous value and excellent quality!

We love this place! Great location, superb food (we ordered burgers and had no expectation, but they were absolutely delicious!), comfortable room (excellent shower and attention to details - someone has a interior design gift!) and nice atmosphere. It was our second stay and we never go back anywhere. We received lovely welcome from Steven. Nothing was a problem for him, so warm and professional. Konstantin who gave us great service during the dinner. Also the lady during the delicious breakfast who was a lovely ray of sunshine. This place is well organised, and well looked after, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Thank you, guys!

I had lunch at the 3 Daggers today with 3 friends, by chance. I ordered Chicken Kiev, expecting the stereotypical CK on a plate. I was surprised and extremely pleased with what I was given. It tasted fantastic, was an original ‘composition’, and was beautifully presented and served. My test is to think what aspect could have been better. None. Well done the chef, whoever you are, and all the staff who were friendly and efficient.

We arrived late because one of the party had been taken to hospital by another but we were warmly welcomed immediately shown to our table, our drinks order was taken as soon as we were seated, the drinks included your own brew beer which was jolly good, the food order was taken without delay and the food was served within a reasonable time. We were partly of seven who a variety of dishes and we all agreed that all of the dishes were well presented and delicious to eat, we all had a jolly meal. The quality of the service, drinks and food provided resulted in the whole experience of dining at the Three Daggers was most enjoyable and is throughly recommended. Anthony Morley

Lovely pub. Excellent food. Service could’ve been improved ie when you hand the menu out tell the customer what’s not available then rather than when they’ve made their choice only to be told it’s not available. Please ask those who order nut roast if they’re vegetarian or vegan rather than assuming and not giving them cauliflower cheese! I’m not vegan/vegi I just love nut roast bur I LOVE cauli cheese it was a bit embarrassing to be told I wouldn’t get it but then I do but now three of us are to share the tiniest pot although you did offer to bring another one. Drinks took a fair while to come. But overall small grumbles as the pub/food is great.

Found us a table even though I booked for the wrong night. Food was excellent. Great quality, well presented, and with recommended beer pairings as a nice finishing touch. Staff were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere good. Decor nice. Couldn’t have asked for more 👌 would recommend.

Although we didn't end up eating here the place itself had a nice feeling about it. Perhaps they could probably provide a simple lunch menu. Ideal for people just popping in! Very helpful young man that tried to help with gluten free options.

Great huge space, lots of different spaces to sit, both in and outdoors. Great for family get togethers, lots of space and a park for the kids to be entertained. So much to wander around and see. Looks like a great space to either have a private gathering or hire the cool looking bus sat outside. Friendly, accommodating staff. Great food, not cheap but not expensive either. Unfortunately not choices for vegan/plant based diets. I hope they can review this. I thoroughly recommend trying the place.

We visited the farmshop and they had the most incredible sausage rolls (real sausage meat stuffing!!), beef and ale pies (amazing filling - moist as ever and of course the fabulous scotch eggs! The pub was fully booked for lunch - so we settled down for the farm house goodies! A must visit!

An Amazing 🤩 find….. don’t tell anyone but it has great food, excellent onsite brewed beers, and the rooms are very well appointed with a premium “homely” feel… the “priory” room is a peach and well worth the price asked. Staff are smiley and happy to help, we even brought our poorly behaved sausage dog with us and she was made to feel very welcome. hats off to the owner and staff for exceeding our expectations, which so often get dashed on the rocks these days with poor service or over hyped quality….. not this time thankfully… highly recommended …… we will be back

Pub next door to the farm shop. The farm shop cafe only has seating outside, so the pub was handy for coffee and cake. The cake came from the shop, which the lady in the pub kindly went and got for us. A bit quiet, but it was only 11.30am. 🙂☕🍰

What a brilliant watering hole! Four of their own beers on tap, excellent food, and pizza and wings outside at the end of the week. This is a special place to visit for something special, but, at the same time, it's unpretentious. Such a good find!

Really nice pub with good food and a great atmosphere. Also has an adjoining farm shop if you are just passing through. Prices weren't too bad given the quality of the food and how much prices have gone up. Visited here back in 2018 as well and was equally impressed.

Delicious! They have a wood fired pizza over operating every Friday, Saturday and Sunday which is perfect for a lunch or dinner. Great selection of their own beers which were great to try!

2020: The best post lockdown pint yet. Buy it. That was then. 2023: Today it's vibrant, full of colour and easy to miss if you don't swing in to the car park in good time. That cheeseburger? Cooked to perfection and accompanied by a threateningly, dangerously tasty pint of Three Daggers ale. Go with friends and take the dog; we were welcomed with open arms, great food, a warm and mellow ambience and attention to detail. Marvellous.

This gastro pub was a lovely surprise. Stylish decor and the bar area opens up into a great glass domed roof to have dinner. Views stretch for miles especially on a clear sunny evening as the one we attended. The food was simply superb! The chef to be commended as he produced from scratch a brilliant dinner for one of our party who has some serious allergies. We loved every course and the staff were friendly and very efficient.
