Went to hit up happy hour with a friend. Went for 50% off wine thurs. Got the white. Also got the mac and cheese. Which was on special. Separately they were yuck but together they really accentuated each other. Mac and cheese was good with salt, pepper and jalapenos. Service was average.

Had a fun time, accidentally ran into this place but was exactly what I was looking for. Traveled solo from the USA to catch the México vs. Canada World Cup Qualifier in Edmonton. Traditional British pub, great atmosphere, good vibes. Excellent place to grab drinks and food if attending a game at Commonwealth Stadium. Metro station to Commonwealth is within a 5 min walk from here at Central Station.

Attended the restaurant for chicken pot pie. The dish was amazing.
Samantha is a phenomenal waitress. She has a fantastic sense of how to present the menu to the customer and recommend great food choices. She is also highly efficient in terms of delivering food, then taking orders, and clearing tables. All of that leads to quick and seamless turnover, which leads to getting your food more quickly.
I would definitely recommend this place for an evening food order downtown.

I eat wings 3 times a week I never seen wings red from inside unless is under cooked you can tell blood on my wings . I tell them about it they tell me this is normal. Chicken should not be raw or undercooked because very dangerous for health. I gave one star now unless someone tell me this ok or not please help me with your opinion if I’m wrong I change my review.

Came on a Sunday 6:30 pm. We sat ourselves in a booth. The atmosphere was quiet. The service was prompt and friendly-maybe a little too much. The soft pretzels were good. The Buffalo chicken cesar wrap came without buffalo sauce. I wouldn't order it again. Overall we had a nice experience. My only real complaint would be the height of the table. It felt extremely low, I like to cross my legs and I couldn't.

Great ambiance, great food, great beer. This Pub has been here for many years and has always been popular. It’s tucked away on Rice Howard Way and can easily be missed, but don’t miss it as is it is a great experience. I would recommend coming here for good food and drinks. The service was friendly and courteous. The restaurant is clean and tidy.
August 26, 2021 returned and enjoyed the beer 🍺 and food 🥘. Good times
