Koutouki Taverna

This establishment has lost a lot of its quality from over a decade ago when this was the go to establishment for Greek food. I was disappointed to hear that the vast majority of their foods were pre soaked in garlic, onions and oils. This includes even the rice. I have read numerous other comments here that noted this is not fresh traditional Greek food. It seems to have become a short cut delivery restaurant. It's hard to believe why they'd take this route with another Greek restaurant right across the road. Also, I had asked if they could give my partner food without the added pre infused spices and oils. She was adamant that they could not. I don't often leave bad reviews but in this case I thought it would be beneficial for others to know.

Delicious food every time I go there. The Greek Salad is one of the best I've ever had. Their dressing is fantastic. The lamb is always tender and flavourful. Especially the roast lamb. Pita and various dips are a go-to appetizer. This is a family owned and operated place. Nice decor and an ideal location. Parking isn't always easy to find on a weekend (of course). Portion sizes are quite hefty. The chairs aren't the most comfortable but it's not downright painful. I recommend this restaurant for a tasty, filling, authentic Greek experience. The prices will set you back a bit, but everything everywhere is expensive now.

A friend treated us with a delicious offerings at this delightful place. Flavours of Greece and the Mediterranean coast. Staff incredibly helpful, friendly, the whole place says "welcome, it's good to have you as our guests" ... Very good selection for those vegetarians out there, including my spouse. Oh, and the belly dancer was simply gorgeous, she even asked me to dance with her! And really, how could I possibly refuse? We'll be back 🌻🌈 LCA

Ridiculously overpriced. You get bigger pieces of meat at Jimmy the Greek 🙄. We were discouraged by the waitress to share dishes, and instead, order individual entrees. What if you had patrons who don't have big appetites and are fine splitting an entree? Second time dining at a Greek restaurant, and honestly, for the price/portions I'd rather eat at a Kebab spot for almost half the price they charge here and if I'm craving Mediterranean. Calamari was nothing to rave about. Meh.

Had a great time here catching up with friends! Wonderful ambiance, very delicious food, and excellent service! Portion sizes are quite large, so also great value for the price. We had the Meze and some of the must-try dishes are the Dolmades,  Spanakopita,  Greek salad, Pita with Assorted flavourful dips, Calamares, and  Greek meatballs. If you're a coffee lover,  a sip of their rich Greek coffee is a must!  For the sweet tooths, the Ekmek Kataifi is a great dessert option. The owner and staff were also warm and accommodating. Another thing that caught my attention were the thoughtful decors and details, as well as  the clean washroom for the ladies. Highly recommended and will come back for dining in, for sure!
