Red Lobster

Great food, great service! Waiter was attentive, provided menu suggestions, took photos and gave us the full on live lobster experience which even included bibs! I ordered the Lobster lovers dream platter and it was huge and filling! The lobster Caesar was fitting given the location. The establishment was clean and Covid protocols were followed! I’d return here for a great meal and fun time with friends!

They bring you a basket of biscuits while you wait. Always something to look forward to. We had stuffed mushrooms and escargot to start - both were delicious. I ordered the lunch size fire grilled salmon with crispy Brussel sprouts & mashed potatoes & my friend ordered the shrimp, rice and green beans. I had zero complaints but my friend wished the green beans were fresh. Aside from that our server was fantastic. She was extremely polite and attentive. Overall it was a nice lunch. I would recommend to friends and you too i guess.

This was my second visit and first post-pandemic. Enjoyed every bit of my time here. Lovely, quiet atmosphere for relaxation. The meal was fantastic. I enjoyed every bit of it as the before and after pictures of my plate shows (lol). The waiters were extra cheerful and always around the corner to attend to our every need. Meal didn't take time at all and we had some complimentary biscuits while our meals were being prepared. The washroom while not sparkling was relatively clean for the time of day (and probably) number of uses. I would definitely love to visit again.

So, basically it had been a while since we ate at red lobster and we decided it would be nice to eat some seafood. Wow has this place gone downhill with food quality and experience. I am giving 2 stars because the biscuits were delicious. But everything else tasted like it was microwaved and from a freezer, some of the greasiest food we have ever eatin. It was more like a fast food restaurant, rather than a nice place to dine in. If the food was cheap I would understand but it is very expensive for the underwhelming quality. Next time we are going to go to the store and buy it ourselves, to cook at home. Would not recommend, Red lobster you have really let yourself go, and I would honestly drop the prices and add a drive-through window.

Went out for Mother's Day Supper with the family. As we were unable to make a reservation over the phone, we showed up in person and put our name on the what list to be seated. We were advised it would be an hour wait time. We decided to browse stores in the area and come back in an hour. We were seated and waited on by Geena. From start to finish, it took 1hr and 40 minutes. This was longer then usual due to how busy they were. The experience could have easily been unfavorable but it wasn't. Our waitress Geena was so polite and so apologetic. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. A big shout out to Geena for her amazing customer service. She made our dining experience a wonderful one. We will absolutely be back! Thanks Geena!
