Harvey's

I Ordered a BBQ bacon cheeseburger and a poutine, my boyfriend had a cheeseburger and a hot dog. Burgers were fine but a little dry. Portions seemed pretty good for the prices. Poutine was flavorful and had lots of gravy which is great, but fries were not crispy. Service was basic, nothing special, unsure if they were slow or if we just walked in at the wrong time and they had gotten backed up. It was a little tricky to find a clean table despite there being many available. Overall, I was able to enjoy my visit.

My Burger was ok but the toppings weren't very fresh and the server hardly put any sauce or very much veggies on it. The bun tasted stale so I asked for a new burger. The pop machine had no ice and the pop was all water out of syrup. The place was not very clean but the worst thing was the guy making the burgers was not wearing gloves. I will not becoming back and the customer service needs improvement.

I walked in 9.45 ordered food for dine in. I was told dine is open till 10, got my food 9.57 and manager said right away you have 3 minutes. Then 10.05 girl came and said we are close, i said i know i am eating and she said but we are closed. I said you want me to take food in hand ? She walked away then a manager came and said we are close and they turn off lights it got dark. I said turn on light so i can finish my food manager turned on light and came to us he said i made a mistake i gave you guys food. I stood up and was putting on my coat, manager threw away my food which i was about to take and when i said you threw my food and he smiled at me. I felt so harassed at this location and i want head office to call me. I paid for food and he threw away. I brought my husband for the first time and this is what he took with him Manager was indian guy with beard, i never ever faced this behavior in my life in a resturant.

Average breakfast food, little flavour, messed up order (coffee as not a double double), NEVER RETURNING! Why enter the breakfast scene and just create tasteless food. The bun barely held together, the sausage had some flavor but it was obviously a pre-made patty which nobody really needs. Add a couple sprinkles of salt to bring the egg and tomato to life. At least, the potato puffs were fresh and crispy. The cheese was tasteless and felt processed and really why bother, WHY BOTHER!!! Do us all a favour, close up the breakfast scene, it just isn't worth it. FREE ADVISE IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. IF YOU WANT TO DISCUSS IT FURTHER THEN MONETARY VALUE FOR MY OPINIONS IS REQUIRED. I AM A LOST CUSTOMER, YOU NEED TO PUT IN THE EFFORT NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
