Extreme Pita

I came in before the lunch hour on Wednesday to see if I could order lunch for my store opening team. I got the most unbelievable service. I wish I had got her name. She helped me pick a party platter, made sure she had it ready in a short amount of time even thou they got so busy. Both ladies worked so well together to support each other and handle the lines while getting me a healthy lunch for my 15 team members. Great customer service especially under pressure.

I must say I hate to complain as I am typically an easy going person. 99% of the time I come here my wrap is perfect and delicious. This last time was so bad though I have to say something. To start the wrap the lady pulled out the bag had a HUGE rip in it and she tossed it aside. I had assumed she would grab a new one when the time came. They ended up heating up chicken and I didn't notice while picking my veggies. As they went to put the chicken into the bowl I stopped them and corrected them it was turkey I asked for. They were polite, put the chicken aside, and heated up turkey for me. After I paid and was handed my wrap the lady asks me if chicken is okay. I corrected her and said my wrap is turkey. She then tells me they put the chicken in there too!!! Now on any other day I eat chicken but with me purposely stopping them from putting the chicken in my wrap the first time around should have indicated I did not want it. I was on my lunch break and did not have time for them to make me a new wrap so I took it as is. Now I am at work and the wrap falls completely apart. She used the wrap with the hole in it!!! So now I feel like I wasted $10 for a salad as I had to put everything into a bowl, throw out the pita part, and pick out the chicken. I would appreciate some sort of compensation because unfortunately this is the only location in my area and I know I will be back eventually. If I don't get anything my warning to future clients is WATCH them carefully as they make your food and make sure it is exactly how you want it.

Great, fast, friendly service. Was a nice quick stop and go for lunch. Had the Buffalo Chicken Pita as it was the daily special - a different one is up each day. Not a fan of super spicy so they made it mild. The regular is quite large and was stuffed full of chicken, lettuce, and other fresh ingredients. It was definitely enough for a meal but doesn't make you feel stuffed afterwards.
