Lady running the one in food court next to galaxyland was amazing. Our son did not like his Julius so she made him a new one without charge. Hotdogs were on point as well.

Amazing ladies who served us. Very generous and helpful. Great drinks and love that they gave us cups of ice water to fill our water bottles. Most places in the mall charge or require you to get bottled water. They gave us a large cup full of ice and water. So wonderful!

Classic Julius, they have never been short or out of product, and I go there a lot. Staff is efficient, it's fast food so they are programed to move the line along without any real chit chat ect.

David is such a gentleman, easy to deal with and makes sure customers are satisfied all the time. Whenever i walk by i look for david , if he isn’t there i just keep walking because no one treats me with so much respect and kindness like david k.
