Post parkrun treat! We did parkrun then did another 5km. Lovely veggie breakfast. The ‘sausages’ were not what I was expecting but nonetheless they were tasty. Only downside is the expensive parking, we had just ticked over the 2-3 hours and was meant to pay £9!! Glad we had the parkrun discount cod
Tasty food to fuel your walk/hike/climb/ride. The extensive menu offers something for everyone and pre-prepared sandwiches/baguettes are well labelled for dietary restrictions.
Pleasant woodland cafe with sustaining food for outdoor activities. The staff are great and the choice is good for a cafe. The views are great with indoor and outdoor seating.
What a gorgeous place set in lovely surroundings. My partner and I were staying at the campsite adjacent and called in for lunch. We chose to sit outdoors on the balcony, beautiful. My partner is in a wheelchair and the girls running the cafe could not have been more helpful, opening doors and movin
Stopped off for some lunch on the terrace in the sun, good range of breakfast options. We each had a toasted pannini ~£7 which wasn't anything too special but did the job of refuelling for the trails
Good place to visit, plenty of walks and bike trails. Lovely food, a bit over priced. Can take own picnics if desired. Atmosphere lovely
Americans coffee very poor and no taste flat white ok. Food good
Lovely cafe, pleasant staff. Popular at weekends. Lots of choice-Breakfasts, snacks-sausage rolls, pizza etc. Cake, scones. Lunches-baked potatoes, soup, paninis etc. Lovely hot chocolate, coffee etc. Decking area outside-dogs allowed on decking. Nice view.
Lovely chilled out spot
Great place, nice & kind staff, fresh & tasty food, definitely recommend:)
Lovely little cafe. Not too expensive a D food was excellent.
I ate lunch after a ride with the family, really good after a run around the trails. Can get busy in the good weather.
Lovely cafe, always has a good selection of cakes and snacks. Coffee also very good. We sat outside on the deck under a heater which was much appreciated. Very nice staff here.
Great cafe, lovely helpful staff. Recommended
Great bike ride on the kitchener trail stopped off at the bike park for some dirt jumps. The downhill section of the bike park was excellent and we went round several times. Overall great day topped off by lovely sausage cob at the cafe.
Lovely place to go, very friendly staff, easy to get to and with a varied menu as well. Perfect location for a walk with family, or on your own, cafe is ideally located near to the car park as well.
Lovely rangers breakfast this morning at sherwood pines cafe, filled us up for a day's walking
