Great customer service and amazing milkshakes too! Nate provided the best customer service I've ever experienced! He went above and beyond for my family by offering to split one of the milkshakes between two cups for my little ones and even offered sprinkles. He made me and my family feel like we mattered throughout the entire process. He was kind, professional, precise when obtaining our order and ever so patient. The milkshakes ordered were phenomenal to top off our entire awesome experience. I highly recommend this Oberweis.

This was an experience I had hoped not to happen again this is my second time in the month to go and order and ice cream cone and have them tell me the ice cream is too soft to be eaten in the cone so they put the cone upside down in a paper cup. And hand you a spoon to eat the soft ice cream. So now I have an empty cone,a spoon, and a cup of ice cream to try and juggle. it would have been nicer if they had just said we're going to put it in a cup and you don't need the phone because the ice cream won't stay in it it's too soft. Or they could have given me the chance to order something different to stay in the cone.

Chocolate marshmallow ice cream in a waffle cone bowl.... hits the spot on a summer night. I had the mint chocolate chip last time, and it was just as good. Really hit the spot on a hot summer day. The drive thru was fast and easy. Ant the price isn't too bad, higher than the other places nearby, but I think it's for better ingredients and higher quality, I hope at least.
