I ordered the Favorite Four pizza and went to pick it up. Pizza was timely and I headed home with my pizza only to realize I had the wrong pizza. By the time I realized it, the kids were on it and started eating it already. I resigned myself to a different pizza but then got a call telling me that they were delivering my pizza! Awesome, and such great customer service! Thank you.

The staff was friendly enough, but the food was terrible and plain tasting. I have a 6 and 2 yr old at home. They have favorite foods like pizza, chicken strips, and pasta Alfredo. The kids took a bite and immediately rejected the food. Apparently everything was lacking any sort of authentic flavor. The wife noticed the food was plain tasting and the Chicken Alfredo tasted like a frozen tv dinner. The ranch sauce that came with my BBQ wings tasted like Blue cheese and the wings themselves tasted like they had some freezer burn. The chicken strips was super tender, but tastes more like white fish. And the pizza was just too salty. I can understand that we must help small business prosper in these trying times, but the food was just bad. This is the first and last time we try this place.

We tried this location twice. We give up. Tomatoes are from a can, and I'm almost positive all of the other toppings are too. You can taste the tin in the toppings. The cheese is chewy, in a very bad way. It reminds me of very old cheese (think of a taquito left overnight at 7-11 under the heat lamp.... it's that bad.) Absolutely everything is very bland. We had to add salt to our food on both of the times we ordered.

Ordered sausage and black olives on our pizza . He forgot to put the black olives on the pizza. Do after pulling it out of the oven he dumped the olives with his bare hands on it. No thanks not interested in that 50% off next time because there will be no next time. More like last time we order from the McLean St. Store

I like the pizza and customer service is just fine to me. They gave me the coupon deal even when I didn't have a coupon. They always have my pizza ready in about 25 minutes. I live with in a few minutes of 3 or 4 pizza places and I usually go here. My work also orders from here for all the work parties, everyone fills there plate multiple times so they must like it.

Worst pizza in Elgin. Seriously you will have a more satisfying experience heading down to Little Caesar's. The staff doesn't eat their own pizza, and will admit this. They also have horrible customer service skills. The most disgusting part of this restaurant is the pizza they pass off as "fresh" pizza. If I were a betting man, it would be a safer to bet on them having old dry stale pizza. They are rude, unprofessional, and the pizza sucks. I'm fine with rude if your pizza is worth something, but it isn't, there is always another pizza parlor.
