Elgol Village Hall - Elgol - Photo album

Lovely little village with a beautiful drive to get there. Please support the local shop. Also you can get a boat trip to various islands from the jetty here.
What a nice place! In the little shop you can get a nice cup of coffe with cake. Great to see how these fine ladies are able to provide such service in such a tiny space. The views along the coastline are breathtaking. Wonderful cliffs and fish harbour in this remote fishing village.
Stunning rugged landscapes. Would recommend the coastal walk if you have a spare day in Skye.
What a lovley place and amazing views. Great trails round about nice pebble beaches and good fishing spots
Lovely place, nice if you have the weather
We visited in November as part of our honeymoon. We loved the rugged landscape and remote location. We spent our few days there exploring the little area and enjoying fresh seafood and scotch in front of the fire of our little croft house. We saw lots of sheep, goats, and elk. We were even lucky eno
Beautiful part of Skye on the west coast. A wee bit of a trek from Broadford through Torrin and Strathaird but we'll worth it. Down at the harbour, you look across Loch Scavaig to the Cuillin Hills or west out to Rum and Eigg. There are boat trips across Loch Scavaig and onto Loch Coruisk. Great eve
Elgol is a very small remote village in south Isle of Skye, fantastic views and great fresh air from the sea.. many different types of water facilities and boat trips.. Only problem is the 13 mile single track road during the tourist season. As tourist often ignore the road law of Scotland, that the
The drive from Broadford to Elgol is fabulous. It's a long and twisty single-track road, particularly so as you near Elgol itself, but the constantly changing views of the Cuillin are to die for. There's a very nice cafe at Torrin to stop-off for a coffee, and take in the views. If you're like me
Been to elgol three times . One of the times was my 40th birthday . Each time i visited loch coruisk . A trip over to the black cuillins from elgol (misty isle boat trips take you for a small fee) is a must . Loch coruisk is a fresh water loch that sits in the magma chamber remains of a 55m year old
