Ellesmere Port Pizza & Kebab House

Very friendly and efficient staff, but disappointing yet again that a modern take away doesn't accept card payment and this take away isn't alone in Ellesmere port unfortunately, the food was fine with good portions but wouldn't say it's the best in the port but on the other hand I've had far worse, hard to rate a kebab really as it's hardly Michelin 5 star cuisine is it !

5 ⭐ for food but 1 ⭐ for customer service!! Very disappointed with the way my partner was spoken to this evening when he called to ask where the sauces were for his meal. We have always had good service and when we order the mixed kebab he ALWAYS has the sauces in separate pots. When making the order tonight I was involved in the conversation and at NO point was he asked if he wanted the sauces on his meat. This question has never been asked in the past and they have always been in separate pots. I could hear the way my partner was spoken to and he wasn't given the opportunity to speak at times. This left us feeling very unhappy and shocked by the attitude of the call.

omg where do i start? absolute belting takeaway best in the port for its age. dems beef burgers though be dripping in juices full of flavour all down my chinny chin chins.fantastic let me tell you about the chips... there double dunked in that fryer? naahhhhh bithches there triple dunked. chicken kebabs who doesnt love a chicken kebab? well let me tell you, you will love theres. moister than you like and mad flavours. the must be driving round in f1 bangers because there delivery time is rapid and the food is always hotter than if i just wapped it out my own oven. customer service is out of this world they must be aliens. will forever be a customer till the day i die keep making absolute belter food. love you all xoxo
