I had an outstanding experience at the KFC in Cheshire Oaks Retail Park! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making my visit a pleasure. The food was delicious and served hot and fresh. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also impressive. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend to everyone. I'll definitely be back for more finger-licking good chicken!

Quite slow service because i ordered my food at 6:20pm and i had to wait 20 Minutes for mash because apparently they didn’t put it on when i already waited for a few minutes to be told it will be 7 minutes,after that passes i was told it will be another 8 minutes because they only just put it on because someone in the kitchen didn’t put the mash on and after that a girl called emma robinson i think she said her name was,she was very nice and she kept checking on my food and gave me some extra bits for waiting that long for one thing. excellent service from her,if not her i probably would have waited longer. great service from her and would like to see more of people with a positive attitude like her there. keep it up emma.

This may not be a fair rating, as I'm just not sure; Always loved the 3 piece chicken meal, however just dined here now, I've either changed my fondness for the chicken at kfc, or they've changed the recipe, the chicken is off, or something wrong with me. Just did not enjoy the meat, felt a little sickly. Fries good, loving the dips, especially the spicy supercharger, enjoyed a small pot of gravy. I ordered as an extra, the small salad, this was lovely. If you're watching your food intake, then a small salad and fries with a little dip. They forgot my Pepsi, I asked a lovely lady who was tidying, she brought one over, nice lady, very smiley. Very clean restaurant with swift service.
