visited for lunch a couple of weeks ago. Outstanding views and garden setting. Sue and her team made us feel very welcome. Food was fantastic and service prompt and friendly.

There was a lovely seating area overlooking the southdowns we had a delicious meal. All the staff were really friendly.

Late review but ate here a few week ago. We has a coronation salad with chicken and a steak pie, both incredible meals sat in a beautiful garden with views to die for. I had the pavlova for desert which was good to. On the way to leave I got some local honey and my wife (Italy born) got two bottles
Lovely "little" pub with amazing views of the downs. The garden is huge and was well worth the detour. The home made food was tasty, certainly would recommend visiting if you are that way.
Loved this pub, really pretty location. The food is yummy and tastes home cooked. The owner is grumpy and not very welcoming, but the food and location is worth it! Watch out for wasps whilst eating in the garden!

Beautiful countryside pub with breathtaking views. Very accommodating staff and delicious food. Absolutely idyllic spot, particular in the summer months - perfect if you're having a meal in the garden or just stopping by for a drink!
