Magdala Cafe

So disappointed😠😳 once they opened and were under "euro food amd deli"- we were so happy ! Food was delicious and fresh, staff friendly, atmosphere so relaxed , like at home. We used to go there almost every day. Now they r charging $8,5 for "Borsh" that isn't even red! Or has any meat and other food in it. Literally, just an empty stock. Pies are old and dry, manager is rude. I was absolutely embarrassed when I, as I always did, recommended this place to a close friend, we came at 2pm (cafe works till 5), they only had same not red "borsh" stock (sorry, can't even call it soup) and meat balls. I've asked to make a pasta or whatever so we don't have to eat meat balls on their own. The director of the cafe said "the cook has already left!". I said "but we r your clients who want a full meal, not just meat ". She didn't care. Today we spent over 100$, thought they've changed . What a joke. Same disgusting soup (one container we dropped, yes, our fault) but the shop didn't even offer a free one. They don't have to, I know. But it was literally water with 3 slices of cabbage!!! 8,5$!!! The worst waste of money so far. Pies were so old and dry, that I wanted to return them, but don't mess with russians, (I'm russian, so its ok for me to say that) because they never for customer service. You've lost completely your regular clients. That's a good bye for us.
