We dined in and had great appetizers and food. I tried the Nevada cheese steak, which was sloppy and messy but delicious. Along with the bottle caps which are fried jalapeno slices with ranch. So crispy and good! Great atmosphere, they have a patio you can eat on during the nicer days. And I recommend the Nevada Mountain Blue Bird drink!

Yumm! Menu has good variety. Food was delicious. Staff friendly and attentive. Love the spicy chicken sandwich! Chicken had great crisp that remained for the entire eating time and sauce was actually spicy with just the right heat. Mom loved her Chicken pesto wrap. The root beer float was classic!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Racks and it’s staff!!! We just hired Racks to cater a celebration of life and everything was amazing!!! Dave the head chef and his staff were totally professional and understanding to our situation and kept close contact with us in regards to our needs. The price for the service was more than reasonable (thank you again Dave) and the food was amazing!!! If you ever have an event needing catered like a wedding or a party of sorts, I highly recommend hiring racks!!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!!

Nice find in downtown Ely. My Reuben sandwich was awesome. Onion rings were tasty and light, avoiding the greasy aftertaste of so many onion rings. Service was excellent. BUT: if you order the Garlic Chicken Sandwich, be sure you like chicken with your garlic! Way way too much garlic (1+ tablespoon?) even for us garlic lovers. Menu item should come with a warning!

The food was great and the service was the same! They welcomed our kids with open arms. Got home and looked at our receipt and noticed they added 20% tip to the bill and never told us about it. We gave them a 20% tip too. They received a 40% tip and did not say a word about it. Loved the place, but this is wrong.

Very good food. While travelling through my dad had left his checkbook and wallet in the bathroom. He did not realize this until we were 2 states away. We called Racks and they were on top of it already. They went out of their way to take it down to mail it and even paid the $ 27.95 charge out of their own pocket to expedite it to me. Which i sent a thank you card and reimbursement plus back. Good people, good food, great atmosphere, what more could you ask for ! Id give more stars if possible. Support this business!
