The Maid's Head - Ely - Photo album

I have been coming to the maids head for about 7 years. In that time I've eaten in and had lots to drink. I can say that I've always had a pleasant experience and it's for that reason that I will come here many more times. There are two sections of the Pub one for eating and one for drinking. On sun
The food was a little bit pricey, but worth every bit. The staff although young were excellent. A really nice country atmosphere, I have plans to return very soon.
What a beautiful place to eat and drink. The staff were fantastic. Food was well cooked and well presented. Covid safe environment. Seating outside or in. Inside tables were completely cleaned and disinfected after each customer.
Delicious food here. First time eating here in 8 years. Just as we remembered it. Part of 13 all catered for and looked after very well.
Lovely Sunday lunch for 12 of us. We're a family who like vegetables- we were able to have more when we asked, but it would have been good to have been given more in the first place. Well cooked though, lots of meat, a helpful staff! Thanks.
Love the Maids Head. Great food and service.
A good quality roast dinner, good selection of drinks, a fairly priced Sunday menu, will happily come back! :)
Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Staff were all friendly and atmosphere was lovely.
We went for a family meal today, thankfully we booked as it was very busy! We thought the service would be poor given the number of people eating, however we were pleasantly surprised. The menu is quite limited, but to be honest, I think that makes the quality of the food better and even with 2 fuss
Can't comment on the food, but the beer was good and the staff really friendly. Great after a walk around Wicken Fen.
Fab looking place. We visited on a "memory lane" trip to Wicken. Stopped for refreshments. Great building. Friendly staff. Seating area outside on the grass. Food looked good. Car park. Loos ok.
A very tasty Sunday Roast with a delicious dessert (Bakewell Tart with ice-cream).
Lovely food and good range of options on a Sunday lunch! Staff very friendly and attentive even when busy! Great atmosphere and outside seating if needed :)
Great food, friendly staff and beautiful place to sit outside in the sun. They also said they would be get more non alcohol drinks options in future which is good
We were a large group who walked in without a reservation on a Saturday night. The friendly staff quickly arranged a couple of tables together for us. I had the sea bass and a cheese platter. Beautifully made and delicious. I would definitely go back again if I were close by
Great food and staff, our waiter Zara was also very friendly and had good knowledge and recommendations about the menu.
Really good food and they went the extra mile for my birthday. Good service, not the quickest but it was good not to be rushed.
