Elm Tree Inn - Embsay - Photo album

What a find! The best pub grub I’ve come across for years and not astronomically priced either like most places these days. We did a lovely little loop from the village car park, up past the reservoir, over Embsay crag and looped back across the moors back to the village and straight into the pub.
Lovely pub, friendly staff and great location. Always a pleasure to visit this pub and the staff can’t do enough for you. Had the special Chinese style curry that came with rice and prawn crackers… was really tasty just like my local take away!! 🥢 Perfect end to a great days walk with the dog, hub
Nice food nice pub for good meals after a full day out. Always very quick serving and good tasting. Always return every time we come in the local area
floor is impeccable. thank god they have signs for no muddy boots on both front and back entrances
We tried the pub on the recommendation of the place where we were staying (crown cottage farm ) and we weren't disappointed. The welcome was warm and welcoming even though it was very busy, the food was good and hot, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.
What a fantastic little village gem. Food was homely and the locals were cracking. Will definitely have to head south and visit again. My dog had the best time.
Attractive village pub with good food, good service and a fine line up of cask ales. The interior is spacious and we'll designed. There is a car park to the rear for those drinking softies.
We have lived in Embsay for 2 years now and it is the most inclusive pub I have ever been in. Tracey the landlady is a joy 🤩… if you are ever in Embsay please visit this wonderful pub! #onelove ♥️
Fantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful. We ordered food as well as a drink, which was served quickly. We waited a while for our food, but it was served piping hot and beautifully presented. The bill was a surprise too, a very nice surprise. Would thoroughly recommend this place. A little gem
