On here on holiday and ate here twice this week. We had such a lovely time, both times. Food was amazing, service above and beyond especially from Lucy (I think I looked at name badge correctly 😁). Would definitely recommend and when we visit Alton towers again we will definitely be back!! Sticky to
The staff are excellent, especially the guy doing the serving. A credit to the business. The food quality and value for money are also excellent. It was a shame the turkey ran out, but still really enjoyable. The building is in need of a make over.

Vast improvement on previous visits ...mainly down to staff and service. The manager, i think she was called Helen, was welcoming and friendly....took our drinks order promptly. Our waitress was polite and prompt to remove plates etc. Even the chef was pleasant....unusual from our previous visits
