Nando's Enfield - Retail Park

Great Service from all staff but most of all The Manager I believe it was bless her so lovely and attentive and helpful. Service really makes a difference especially considering it was crazy busy she really went out of her way to help so we appreciate that as it’s very rare these days to get good service anywhere :) so please thank her I didn’t get her name but I’m sure you’ll figure out who was on duty that day also till staff and floor staffs very helpful what a great team :) xxx

I know, I'm probably the only person who hasn't been to a Nando's before, sl this was a new experience. If this particular restaurant is indicative of what all Nando's are like, then I will certainly be visiting more. As far as this one was concerned, we arrived at just before 6pm needing a table for 6 including 2 young children. Although the place was already busy we were easily accommodated. I was amazed how quickly the food was delivered to our table after ordering. The food was hot and delicious and the floor staff were attentive to our every need and they genuinely appeared happy to be there. Well done all staff at Nando's Enfield, I'm converted!

We were a large group celebrating my sons 9th birthday. I have to say this is probably one of the top nandos we have visited. The food was so fresh, however, it's the staff that made our visit so lovely. Especially a guy, I wish I got his name he was the tallest staff member there. Super friendly! What a lovely ending to our family day out. Thank you everyone!

I was greeted by a friendly and polite staff member who showed me to my seat. He explained various ways I can place my food order and also pointed out the area within the restaurant where I can get my the condiments, cutlery, napkins and soft drinks. I ordered and paid for my meal using the QR-barcode which was a card located on the table, you cannot miss as it is noticeable as soon as you sit down. A very convenient and quick way of ordering and paying for your meal if you do not have much time to wait for someone to take your order. In my opinion food arrived quick, good presentation and was hot and ready to eat straight away. Food was very enjoyable. Ladies WC was very clean. Finally the restaurant was airy and clean with soft music playing in the background.

When we entered on Wednesday evening, it was packed! We decided to do takeaway as it there was a wait on tables. The service was polite, pleasantly greeted and informed of options quickly. We were told how long to expect and it was quicker than we were told, so bonus. Food was pleasant, good portions and hot. I would recommend.
