Outback Steakhouse

First off I haven't been to Outback in a little bit only twice since the COVID The first time. Not a lot of staff but excellent service. Excellent food this time. I ordered the blooming chicken sandwich. My wife ordered the salmon and rice and a potato. She loved her food Mine I had very little fries and although the taste of the chicken sandwich was good, The chicken itself was so thin that to me the crisp or the fried part was as thick as the actual meat. It was just kind of ridiculous and very very not cool. I usually get satisfied when I go to Outback. I was not even satisfied with the meal. The reason for the 4 star is the drinks was excellent

This is the first bad experience at this Outback. We ordered for curbside pick up. They had packaged our food so poorly that by the time we arrived home the food had spilled out of the containers, ripping the bag because it was so wet, staining our car. The food was half burnt, half covered in greasy liquid. Very disappointing and out of $70 we were only able to eat about $20 worth of food. Don't think we will be returning.

The food and drinks are always excellent everytime we come, as is the staff! They are very accommodating and friendly. The only thing I would have feedback on is the handicapped parking. Yes, it is right in the front but there is a curb. There should be a ramp right in front instead of having the ramp all the way at the other end of the sidewalk.
