Chicago Sams

Came to Chicago Sam's because it's a good mid-way spot for my friend and me. We've been coming here for years. I was a little bummed there were no seats at the bar, but I get it. March Madness. I waited for a few minutes to be seated and with COVID, the tables are spread out for safety. Totally cool, but I was seated at the furthest table away from the rest of the place which felt a little weird, but it's on me for not asking for a table a little closer to the rest of the people. Server was attentive and we received our apps quickly. Food was tasty as always and beer was fresh. Good times.

Stopped in for a pair of beers and an appetizer. $24 for a dozen wings at a sports bar? Good lord, pass. I ordered this meatball app which came out looking absolutely hilarious, and they were so salty I could only get one down. My associate had a pork sandwich that he did say was fine, to be fair. Laughing at management trying to play off my review, what is my picture of? Maybe you call it something different but it sure looks like a meatball to me. Nice try.

I am from out of state and decided to try out this place! Let me tell you, I am so incredibly happy I did! Not only was I greeted with a smiling face..which is rare now a days…the service and food was A++ The bartender that served me was named Dawn and she was on her game. The drinks were made so quickly and food was delicious. After going to a few places in Enfield this was by far the best. The only thing I would change is make sure you give that bartender a raise she deserves it!!!!

Horrible service, my friends and I arrived at 6pm and happy hour stops at 7pm, the waiter gave us our waters at 6:15pm and did not return until 6:50 to place our orders, one of my friends ordered an espresso martini and they served it with a fly in it and did not remove the drink from the tab, all the food came out cold, another one of my friends got a patron with lemonade and said it was the worst patron and lemonade he’s ever had. Finally my bill came and I put down 50$ as my final pay and they charged me an extra 2$ on my card for no reason. Horrible place I will never come back and I have yet to get a response for the extra charge on my card as they do not answer the phones.
