Mcdonald's

The food is always sloppy around the evening/night,I had to go back at least 6 time in the past 2 months to have them correctly make my food over, and when I say sloppy I mean that !!! It's alot of younger kids working that rush to make the food even when their is no line behind me and I usually order a mcdouble I ask for light ketchup & onions because if I don't it's drenched and fries are never fresh the noon time is usually the best time. .... my boyfriend & I have been highly unhappy & seems as though no one in their really knows what their doing its a simple job and should not be hard to learn and take orders , the shift leader or whoever is in control at night doesn't do very well at all with helping the employees learn or how to correct a mistake .

Worst time I’ve had in a long time… first they’re only taking cash, so after going to the bank I’m told they’re out of quarter pounder’s.. then at the register Im told they’re out of Moca frappe, so I say it’s ok for a caramel… she was having trouble with the frappe machine so the manager came up to help. After about 5min. I grab a frie only to find out everything was COLD. Told the manager I’d settle for a coke and that my food was all the way cold. He ignored my comment, handed me a coke & refund for frappe & left the window. SOMEONE SEND THESE GUYS HELP.

When people ask for fresh food over and over that means they really mean it. Came in at 530 today for fresh nuggets 5:50 I’m still here and they gave me old nuggets the first time and I specifically asked for them to be dropped fresh twice I said the ones in the warmer are usually soggy because they let them sit too long. Manager kind of rolled his eyes and is taking his sweet damn time. I like when the big guy the big manager in the grill area he be killing it. Now my son is late for football practice and I had more than enough time

The 2 person staff at this McDonalds rocks! Came off a flight at BDL at midnight desperate for some grub on the way home to NH. Pulled into this McDonalds just before 1 am. There was a line up, but it was moving. When we pulled up, a nice voice said he would be right with us, they only had 2 people on staff. For only 2 people on staff, they did a great job. Food came out hot and fresh and the nice lady who took our money had a big friendly smile for us, even though you could tell she was totally over worked. Each of these employees deserve a big thanks from management!
