The meat was old. I ordered a Big Mac and a couple of burgers and I could tell the patties had sat for longer than they're supposed to. I know this because I used to work at McDonald's and I remember what it looks like when people don't follow procedure. One of my hamburgers had ketchup and mustard everywhere when I unwrapped it. Every table in the lobby was dirty. I did my best to pick the table that was the least dirty. I also use the restroom and it was very dirty. There was dried urine all over the floor as if it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Ironically though wet floor stand was in the room. The floor was wet but it wasn't with hot water and bleach.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The fries & nuggets had black pieces all over them bc the oil was so dirty. We didn’t even want to eat inside the place it was so disgusting there was food all over the floor & the tables were filthy! Lets just say 4 ppl winded up throwing out $30 worth of food bc it was nasty! They don’t clean inside at all. I have never seen fries & nuggets look they way these did my son said” whats wrong with this food the nuggets had black like charcoal all over them. Wish I took a pic. Don’t wast time & money eating here!!

Always have problems at this location, because of that I try to go to the Elm street location. This evening I went to petsmart in the same plaza location and figured it would be easier to just visit this location. What a mistake again, ordered a 1/4lb cheeseburger, no onions were on it? Asked for fresh French fries, seeing that there was only one large fry allready made up, sitting alone like the last soldier and was told the fry"s were just made a few minutes ago. They weren't fresh, went to get my large soda from soda machine, wanted Bart's rootbeer, it was pretty much all seltzer, when I mentioned it to employees. I was told well I like Dr. Pepper or diet coke. Sorry I don't like either of those flavors. Who changes out the or services the soda machines in McDonald's? oh and it was when I got home that I realized my burger was missing onions and frys weren't fresh and actually some fry"s were over fryed, called 2 times to restaurant # no return call or answer. Guess I should have listened to my inside gut feeling: go to Elm street location. Also I am a rewards customer, used a daily deal and never received my points earned. The inside of the restaurant is always dirty and greasy, where is the pride.

Please get some customer service training for these younger drive thru workers. Kid was rude when he misunderstood my order. Instead of just correcting himself, he had to have an attitude. It’s not hard to be cordial for a 30 second transaction.

Placed a to go order for a double cheeseburger and small fry. Got home the double cheeseburger had one slice of cheese on it two beef patties that were so small the bun over powered them completely, barley any ketchup or mustard and barley any onions on it. There were 3 pickles on it. Brought the order back the next day to have it replaced to go again. Got it home, was disappointed again, one pickle on it barley any onions, ketchup or mustard again and the top bun was falling apart like it was stale when I reheated it for 30 seconds. Had to throw it away, the restaurant was so dirty inside both times that I went in to place my order. I will be calling McDonald's corporate to put a complaint in.

Total disaster in this place. Never got a receipt from the kiosk. Manager and tech support couldnt reprint. Employees standing around playing with rubix cube when i clearly had the assistance light lit. Three if them playing. Every table was dirty. Even packaging had mustard covering it. Manager was ineffective. No quality control here. Call going to corporate on this place. Got a receipt before leaving but isnt showing my debit card transaction or amount
