Superb...If you live in north london and just want the Great outdoors experience on your doorstep! Okay its just the natural woodland, but take a minute to feel the grass beneath your feet, breathe in the fresh air and connect with nature, in this blessed non urban environment, away from the crowds of people of london - this is actually a hidden jem and with a surprise lake or flowing stream thrown in for good measure. Dog walkers love this place but its a great place in itself which MUST be preserved...take a stroll and forget about your worries, or take your kids and let them run endlessly!! Dont expect anything but a nice long walk fresh air, calmness and natural sounds 👌

Another great open space area in Enfield to enjoy the fresh air. You can either park on the Whitewebbs Lane side of the park by the lake, or on the Clay Hill side by the small café....either side of the park leads to the lovely woods where you can walk for ages.....few up and down bits if you aren't as mobile as you used to be, but nothing too challenging. Loads of trees for the kids to climb on, and great trails through the trees at all times of the year!

Absolutely love walking around here, it's so lovely to see all the wild flowers my dogs love dipping in the streams as well! It's been really kept well since the golf course closed, with pathways cut through the wild grasses and plenty of rubbish bins to keep the place tidy! Well worth a visit, especially in the evening when it's hot in town, come here for a cool evening walk, you'll love it!
