Given the location, the place was not overly expensive or crowded. Good for catching up on some work. The staff was very friendly, and it's pretty cool to see the coffee beans traveling around the place in tubes (you'll get it when you come ;) overall, nice clean place
Can't believe I never knew about this place before. This place is absolutely fantastic when it is about coffee: it's fresh, strong, and rosted on the spot. Because it's fresh, the quality of the coffee is 10 times stronger and better.
The staff is very friendly and will recommend a coffee based on ones tastes.
Definitely, you should pay them a visit.
GREAT COFFEE!
I heard people queuing up to pay encourage the staffs that in one day they can replace Starbucks. Actually I love the technologies they are using to cater bean processes. Hope one day they can also use technology to seamlessly handle the drip process. Coffee and Pastries are quick and good.
You can quite easily miss this coffee shop when visiting London bridge as you will be busy taking in the sights and busy bodies everywhere around it but this is a place like no other coffee shop. It's posh, pet-friendly and has good options for coffee, pastries and snacks. Comfortable seating and good decor (loved the tall bamboo shoots in vases). What sets them apart is that the whole process of making your coffee is right in front of you - right from the raw beans to it being roasted, the beans going into their respective tubes and them being sucked directly into the coffee making machines behind the counter where they take your order. The equipment doing all this looks magnificent, sleek and efficient. You can choose your type of beans among other options for your cup of coffee, choose from the assortment of mouth watering huge pastries, take your seat and enjoy the sounds of the coffee making process. Staff are good and friendly. The coffee tastes so much better than what I usually have from the other high street shops and I think it all comes down to the ingredients they use which justifies the higher price of items. You can even get your own coffee beans from the tubes to take home. Would definitely visit this place when I visit central London and in the mood for a coffee and cake.
Good coffee with a verity choice of single origin beans. The vacuum system is just amazing to handle the roasting from raw bean chambers, then transfer to roasted bean chambers and finally suck into the coffee machine to make coffee. Croissant with almond paste stuffings, cinnamon bun taste very very nice as well.

An excellent star to to my birthday on the 10 July. 2023. The staff we quick, attentive, knowledgeable and passionate about the supporting customers needs. Huge shoutout to Hanna, who was spectacular at explaining the company concept and roasting process. Giving me a cheeky toasted of an espresso to get clarity from the taste notes (instead of the flat white I was having). High value, attention to details and spectacular espressos and chart topping service. I will be back as soon as I can. I would have given a 5 for food but there was a hair in my cookie, which they brought in from another company- of course the apologised profusely
Very good coffee with a vibrant atmosphere. The ham and cheese croissant was very good. I will definitely visit again.
I like the vibe of this place for working and connecting over a coffee. But honestly, I’ve been disappointed by the coffees here a few times now. I usually order flat whites and the milk is generally not frothed very well, leaving a poor mix between espresso and milk. If you’re looking for a decent coffee to drink and a place to work, it’s a good stop. But if you’re a bit more discerning over the taste of your coffee, I’d suggest walking a bit further towards Monmouth Coffee, or Colombia Coffee in Borough Market.
Outstanding coffee, service, and atmosphere!
You also cannot beat the location.
Definitely visit for a great experience!!
