Hungry Jacks

OMG. How slow can they be. Placed order when no one else in store. Waiting while counter person took a further 7 orders after me, letting my ready food just sit there. Starts to get order ready but then a new person walks in so stops getting order ready and takes new order. End result what should have been a quick 2 minute experience turned out to take 6 times longer than necessary. Pretty damn poor.

Omg I went to Hungry Jack's High st/Cooper St Epping. First Time Ever did a Store Get my order 100% correct and Yummy. The Staff Were Lovely. Compared to The High St Melton Store 110% Better. The High st, Melton Vic Hungry Jack's apart from The Lovely Manager Carmen, who was so Kind and Understanding on the phone with my complaint, Carmen the Manager is an Asset to Hungry Jack's Melton, Wrong order. Long Wait, I Went to Hungry Jack's Melton again order AGAIN Wrong. Different Manager, but I don't blame him, it's the staff. Please up your Game Melton Hungry Jack's. High St. Epping vic Hungry Jack's 10/10 Thank you.

Hi everyone, I asked to them for grilled chicken patty fresh one.. not in burger.. she said we are not allowed to serve chicken patty by itself… she said we can give only with burger… I said i always buy from wollert.. cragieburn.. etc.. Then why there is different policy… Staff have no manners… and speak with soo rude way… I hope owner will look out into and make all policies same for all hungry jacks.. Never come back again 👎👎👎👎

*Edit after a second visit* Officially the worst Hungry Jacks I have been too. Waited in drive through dfor ages and the staff had to ask us if we had ordered. Chips were well too salty and don't even get me started on the burger. The patty was half in the burger, one piece of tomato, two small pieces of onion and a smear in the middle of the burger of sauce. The owners and staff obviously don't care as no changes to quality has been made since my last visit, in fact they have gone down hill. One of the worst Hungry Jacks I have been too. Staff are always friendly but the quality is poor. I won't be paying an additional $2 to get my bacon 'overloaded' on my chips again because I won't be eating here anymore.
