We stopped there for an early lunch before we started exploring the north triangle of the Epping Forest.
We noticed many local people pop in for their lunches. Good selection of food and we loved our paninis. Staff was very friendly and the place is much bigger than what you can see from the road.
This is an old school sandwich shop in Epping High Street, loads and loads of options for fillings - all written across back wall when you walk in. Popped in for breakfast, had a lovely bacon roll and a bacon tomato mushroom toastie. Lovely fresh ingredients, very clean, amazing friendly staff.
I have used this cafe for years.and it only gets better.lots of choice to eat.at a good price.staff very friendly and don't bite.only there own cooking!lots of seating,in side and out front and back.get some odd ball customers,but that life.
I ordered 4 platters of sandwiches for a family gathering all nicely arranged, the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful, the food was reasonably priced and well received no complaints at all.
This spot simply knows how to please their clients. Constantly with a super nice approach. The food is conveniently priced, regularly flavorful and clean.

Really great to have on the high street, delicious sandwiches with great choice of fillings, and really reasonably priced! We always go for lunch when we're in the high street, really recommend supporting locally too!
