I ordered Sunday dinner takeaway with a desert and a baguette for later as a treat cause my kids was away, wow wow wow, it was on time stunning hot and sooo much excellent value. Plus I have still got another portion for if a family member turns up or dinner tomorrow. Vegetables was stunning absolutely would order again

Really nice food and good service. Would recommend. £50 for a great 3 course lunch for 2 including our drinks. Impressed with the hand cut chunky chips which made such a pleasant change from the frozen rubbish so many places do these days. Absolutely would recommend.👍🏻

Wow is all I can say! Apart from excellent value for money. On arrival you're welcomed by one of the friendly staff and shown to your table. The menu isn't massive but you will find something you like. The pub grub you get here is well prepared and presented. The only thing to look out for is the step down into the toilet, it is well marked out but I found it. Even these are spotless and are cleaned regularly Excellent service, friendly staff and good value for money. Our pary of 5 bill was £165, everyone had 3 courses and drinks. Definitely recommend this place and can't wait to visit again.

My first time there.went there for an anniversary meal. And it was fab.the food was lovely.had a roast dinner.with starters and dessert.good location.nice and quiet.good prices and very lovely staff.thank you to all.can recommend. And I will be back again.gold star.

Exceptionally good value for Sunday Roast! Great selection of veg, jug of gravy (not just drizzled on your plate) & very yummy! Definitely will visit again

One of the best pubs in Thurrock, In the summer you can order a meal and retire to the beer garden (which is a very large child friendly sunny area with a separate kids play area, there are loads of benches, great food, well priced and served with a smile by Hollie and her team, really cant wait to get back there this Summer and enjoy the good food and beer garden

First time here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great ambience, fabulous food and brilliant staff. Reasonably priced and good value for money. I had the roast belly of pork which was to die for . I will definitely be going back there again. Thoroughly recommended. I didn't take any pictures as food disappeared very quickly off the plate.

Lovely friendly family pub. The garden is exposed to lots of sunshine and there is a huge playground for the toddlers. They absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wow well that was a excellent meal food was really good tasty and hot 🔥 nice choice on menh and further choices on specials board (written down on paper by our server torva (hope that's right) excellent service to by all staff. Very clean tidy (toilets very clean) and the price was somewhat of a surprise very low considering the high standard of food . Thanks to all at the bull we shall be back again but we will book just to make sure . Thanks torva you are a star 🌟

We visited this pub on Wednesday. It had a good menu.I had the quarter pound burger and my wife had the haddock with a cheese topping.Both were above average in quality.The Doombar was off but the **61 was quite palatable and reasonably priced at £4,75.The service was slow and luckily we were in no hurry.We will be visiting again.

What can I say! The most amazing Sunday roast in town. Friendly staff and beautiful decor. This pub is an amazing place.

Great Service. Good for value. Tried the bangers and mash, it was lovely. The soup is also amazing.
