Charming community-run cafe staffed by volunteers, serving a selection of homemade soups and sandwiches and an excellent cooked breakfast. Well worth a visit.

I love everything about this place. Every customer receives a cheerful smile from the owner as they enter the cafe. He made sure that all customers’ need are look after. The big breakfast is tasty. It has all the Scottish items and just 7 pounds with tea.

What a lovely cafe. It was busy when we were there with two large walking groups. But the voluntary staff coped admirably. I had a sandwich, lemon drizzle cake and 2 coffees and it was only £7. I was amazed. Will definitely be back
