Always my favourite ice cream store. The staff were pleasant and very accomodating. Disability access and outdoor seating area and free parking makes it easy access to this tucked away store. Amenities close by.

I love cold rock! They offer a variety of different flavors and products and I love that you can even customize your order as well. They’re ice creams are so creamy and delicious! I feel like they are very reasonably priced as well. I also love the free discounts that are offered at cold rock!!

I just visited Cold Rock Everton Park and received 2 ice cream cups with cracked coffee cup lids that just sat ontop of the ice cream and did not come close to sealing. After my 5 minute drive home both ice creams had completely melted all over me and my car seat. I will not be coming back here again.

I came into the store yesterday afternoon and the young lady who served me was outstanding! She was extremely friendly and very helpful! This was my first time having cold rock and I wasn’t sure on what to grab! I got the Ferraro ice cream and was so confused on what to mix in it, the girl then directed me to your for-a-rare-share combo And stated it was her go to combo, I tried it and I fell in love! Thank you guys for an amazing experience I will be bringing my family down here for sure! (Please thank the young lady who was working yesterday afternoon for me)

Bought an ice cream cake from the Everton Park store, the service was great, pick up time was spot on, the lady that made the cake was so professional and helpful, and she made it exactly the way I wanted it. My son doesn't like normal cake so we went for ice cream cake. It was awesome he loved it.

My partner ordered the caramel thick shake which was in actual fact just milk. So if you enjoy Paul's full cream milk with caramel flavour, I would highly recommend this place. I ordered a salted caramel icecream which was already melted before I received it. We won't be back.

Used to be my favourite store however the serving sizes are becoming small with the staff scooping your icecream only then to put some of it back because they think they’ve been too generous.
Not happy when I’m paying a lot.
Will be going elsewhere.
