Very tasty food and very nice polite staff. Best fresh food I’ve eaten out in so long. So hard to come by these days. Highly recommend. Lovely garden to sit in. Proper little sun trap. Will definitely be going back with the little kids and family again

The attention to detail from the decor to the food is second to none . The owners are lovely and can’t do enough for you . Will definitely be returning on my next visit to Exeter and mum who is local has found her new favourite place !! X

Just what Heavitree needed a community cafe. Excellent food friendly owners nothing too much trouble. We have had breakfast lunch, been to all the brassiere nights and the no book night cannot fault any of it. If you have not visited then I recommend you do.

Now I love prawn sandwiches and the ones at the Daisy are the best I have ever eaten! King prawns and everything ♥️💙💜 I should also say the flat white is the best you will get in Exeter 😘 Xxx

Stopped here for brunch at the weekend. Cooked breakfast was stunning, and great coffee/hot chocolate too. Really warm and friendly place that seemed to be full of folks who keep coming back, and we could see why!

We really like The Daisy Cafe, a great addition to eating out in Heavitree. The food is excellent and the staff are always friendly and very welcoming. The tapas night is a brilliant innovation - we had a really good time and will be back for more! Thank you Faye and your team! xx

We have called in a few times this week. On each occasion we have been greeted with smiles and George has been a good sport with all the banter he's had! We've had advice on allergies and the food has been delicious. I would recommend the poached eggs on toast and the Victoria sandwich cake, both immense!

We had our running group Christmas meal here and the food and team are both incredible. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to put this review on here but I couldn't thank the whole team enough. The food really was super super good! :)

Everything was top class, the food, the atmosphere, and service. I am hoping to be able to get a babysitter more so we can go to as many of these nights as possible.

My husband and I popped into the Daisy Cafe for a late breakfast, the bacon baps were absolutely delicious, huge with plenty of really good bacon, the flat white coffees were excellent; creamy foam and a decent coffee kick. Service was efficient and friendly and a table being available in the very cute little sun trap garden was an absolute bonus. Lovely to find such a little gem of an independent cafe.

An absolutely fabulous local cafe. We ordered a Caramel Shortbread and a Ham and Tomato Sandwich (Which wasn’t on the menu but they were more than willing to do). The sandwich was one of the best he has ever had as it was fresh and packed with filling. Has a really nice local atmosphere. Great example of what a cafe should be! The breakfast we saw someone else having also looked very good.

Had a breakfast here yesterday, should of visited sooner! Fry ups can be greasy which usually put me off but this was perfect! Mug of tea with teabag left in so you can take it out to suit you! Happy with the price I paid and the courtyard out the back was a nice spot.

Been visiting Devon all our lives from Surrey as our Family are here. We have been looking for a cafe that suits us and obviously tastes amazing. We decided to visit Daisy's cafe as we share the same name 😌 and we were not disappointed! The feel you get when you walk in is lovely, feels so home like, warm and welcoming. The staff were lovely and very attentive as soon as we walked in! Now the food … you can tell everything is cooked fresh and me and my partner had a traditional brekkie and it was bloody lovely! What we loved most about Daisy’s is that it is traditional and not covered in random things that we do not associate with a good old fry up! We are here for the next 2 weeks on holiday and will definitely be going back there to try something else off the menu! One other little thing i loved was that the menu was hand written .. an odd thing to like i know but it was very cute! We looked outside and the garden is stunning too, will hopefully sit outside next time! Thank you for a lovely experience ladies and we look Forward to coming back soon!! 🌸

I just popped in for a mug of tea as I was needing a drink. Waitress was very helpful as was the lady who I think is the manager/owner. The place was clean with some shaddy seating outside at the back for good weather days! The toilet was clean and I shall doubtless return on another occasion. DV. There is some on the street parking outside too! 😊

Came here and was blown away at how good the breakfast was. Local produce cooked to perfection and the large breakfast was a very generous portion. It’s great to see a little cafe supporting local business and I don’t mind doing the same when the quality is so good. Add to this the very nice service and welcoming staff can only be five stars. If ever your in Exeter or near it’s definitely worth a trip here.

Clean, bright and both dog and human friendly. Simple menu and fairly priced. We had breakfast sandwiches and coffees, which were very good. Good mix of couples, singles, builders etc and everyone seemed at home. Pleasant sunny courtyard too. We would heartily recommend.
