Very busy ! However the service was really great. In fact I ordered the wrong thing and it was no trouble at all to them to change it last minute. Easy parking outside and a free drink with my Costa card today ! ....happy !
This is a modern, fairly big Costa. The cafe is airy and clean. There are benches and tables outside which is very pleasant when the sun's out. Pity it's alongside a large car park for the shopping centre.

We did the order what the people in front had challenge and they was absolutely great with it and the staff was really friendly.
The staff are absolutely lovely. I go there every day and the coffee's consistently good, they're very welcoming and recognise their regular customers.

Had the salted caramel iced drink with fresh cream topping and caramel crunch sprinkles. It was really nice and very well needed after a heavy day of removals.I also have a cheese and tomato toastie which was piping hot and satisfied my hunger. A clean store and soon to be a local store soon so I am very happy that the staff were lovely and efficient.

I wanted Brown toast as always but as normal they had run out of Bread. Not a good show from a large Coffee shop chain. However my Flat white was good and the staff were fine.
I came in today with a lady I support. She is in a wheelchair. Often when we go out I need to get the order done, get her to a table, move around some chairs and then go back for the order. The server at Costa offered to bring over our drinks and then she moved a chair out the way so I could maneuver the wheelchair in place. It's not a huge thing, but it makes all the difference after a long hot day of hauling the wheelchair in and out of cars and struggling to move around tight spaces. Things make the difference and after working in the service industry for 15 years it's those kinds of things I pay attention to as a customer. Small acts of service go a long way. Especially on a hot day!
