Caffe Nero - Exeter - Photo album

Classy and comfortable with well trained staff and delicious drinks, but the cakes are pretty basic and a bit pricey. Otherwise nice enough if you can get a table :)
Loving the new Exeter High Street Cafe Nero, feels lovely and clean, staff were welcoming and friendly.
I've never eaten here. I've had coffee with cake or biscuits. I've known this business many years. The people are very friendly, professional, and helpful. That's it.
Great place to stop by for a little lunch. The cakes were delicious, and the drinks were refreshing as well. Very sweet staff, would happily come again.
Loved this place good food only thing is the seating felt squashed in lovely decor but good overall
Nice comfy sofa chairs to sit on but also dining room type chairs. Nice place to meet up with friends for a chat.
Best air-conditioning in Exeter 😀 It's not an independent coffee shop, sadly. Good though pricey coffee. Friendly, efficient service. A range of tasty cakes and light lunch items, though a bit limited in gluten-free options. The seating and decor are relaxing.
Pretty good, not badly priced, only had drinks, so I can't vouch for the food, but it looked nice.
Good coffee nice place and very friendly staff
Great service. Coffee was nice and the staff was amazing.
Very nice shop, right in the centre of town too next to the cathedral
Great coffee as usual, better than Costa by a mile. Had the best window seat with comfy chairs and a pastry. The toilet let's the place down - toilet seat broken, toilet roll holder gaffered up, thick dust around extractor fan. A bit picky of me? Well maybe, but actually all easily fixed so make
Delicious flat white coffees served by friendly and efficient baristas. However, they really needed some help with clearing and cleaning tables between customers. To be fair, it may well be that we were there at just the wrong time and that additional staff came on duty after we left. We certainly e
Visited Caffe Nero in Exeter & was impressed with how professional the young members of staff were. Very pleasant, courteous & gave a warm welcome, which is refreshing given that some of their peers behave so differently. Had a hot tea & latte (no naughty cakes today 😏) as needed to warm up. Lovely coffee but disorganised, slow and didn't seem to have any management. I've frequented this Neros many times and unfortunately it was probably the worst occasion. Several tables were left uncleared and piled high with cups etc.
Very busy. Obviously short staffed Some customers caused a scene as they wanted the flat out staff to rush their orders. Otherwise not too bad an experience. 1 star off as my first choice drink was not available at the time.
Coffee ok, a bit weak, service was slow music to loud, messy tables.
