There are wheelchairs available for clients.
Unfortunately I saw them near the EXIT (see them folded between the key cutting and the rug doctor?) rather than at the entrance, so if you need one you may have to ask explicitly to find it.

Good location out of town.Extensive car parking available.Very good service.Large store with extensive stock.Usually can get what you need. Also marvellous Burger van in car park to the front of the store.Very tasty indeed

Had to go to the Exeter branch as Torquay don't stock full size mdf sheets. Got to branch, walked straight to the cutting service, asked how it worked, the young lad could not be more helpful and explained, fetched the boards, cut them all to the sizes I wanted in no time and was back out of the store within 30 mins, will be going back, thanks again 👍

This is the first time I have been in this particular store ..I bought some 18 mm ply and got it cut by a couple of the guys there. They were very professional.pleasant and knowledgeable. Their names were Henry and James. The whole staff today were really nice to deal.with. it's a very friendly store which is a refreshing change I would definitely go to this store qgain, and not just for the friendly team but for the variety of goods too

Would be 5stars but the click and collect service has a little improvement to get sorted , we got the email to say it was ready to collect we arrived 20mins past time specified and it hadn't been picked so time wasted .
Store and staff however were polite and friendly , big store but not enough staff to run it in my opinion and certainly puts some people off , lots of various types of products and a absolutely amazing fresh cooked food wagon in the carpark a definite must visit wether going to b&q or not 😁👍
