Called in for a drink but ended up ordering food which was absolutely delicious! Me, my husband and son ordered the fresh scampi which was huge prawns! Never had scampi like it before. Good portions. All fresh. Service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and call again.
Great small pub on the harbour. Used it a couple of times during my 5 day visit to Eyemouth.
The bar staff were very friendly and efficient.
I'm not sure if the restaurant upstairs is part of the contented sole but if it is I'd give it a wide berth.

Brilliant place and exceptional atmosphere. Nice and cozy, with an old fisherman style. Only had a few drink but we felt so good 😊. Will definitely visit the place again and try the food too. Also must mention that the prices are more than decent.
Extremely good Fish and Chips. Kitchen was closed but they made it for me anyway. Fantastic service with a smile. Definitely Recommended.
Warm and friendly. A great welcome when you walk through the door. Biggest and best Scampi I have had. The Whitebait and the Haddock were also delicious. Recommended

Excellent food and friendly polite service with a good selection of beers, largers and spirits all reasonably priced.
The contented sole is dog friendly in the down stairs bar areas but not in the restaurant.
