Bit of a shaky start young male waiter full of attitude when we walked in. Taking a bday cake out candles went out before he got there he was miffed at tht but we all would be but flung a lighter from the till over the bar where it bounced 5he otherside. Been a while since I last visited here. They don't accept cash and no longer have milk shakes! Besides that we enjoyed the buffet and the guide dog was given water. Pizza nice and fresh as was the salad. Will return.
Nice meal with a hand location and good range of retail stores in the park and cinema next door. Service was good and was quiet at the time. Drinks station drinks were a little too sweet. General atmosphere was very friendly , fairly spacious and welcoming, high chairs available, tables and toilets
As far as a Pizza Hut can differ from another Pizza Hut, this one is fine. The table we sat at was clean, the staff got the right balance of being attentive without being overly pushy. The pizza we ordered came out promptly, though it got cold fairly quickly. All in all, a pleasant place to eat par

Excellent service today at Pizza Hut Falkirk. Two members of staff giving very clear concise instructions on how to socially distance in their restaurant. Super friendly and helpful too. Would come back knowing that they were here to look after us and keep us safe.
