Quality pool and snooker tables, always kept in top condition. Very attentive and friendly staff. The food side of the business is top notch, large portions at reasonable prices - the Cajun Chicken with the Cajun sauce is superb, chefs own handmade burgers class too.
Love the creamery both food and staff are great always get a great meal and portions are very generous here this place is a little hidden gem that I hold very dear as have had great memories (28 years in total) just wish others would give it a go and as fantastic for families. sure they will fall in love with it to. Chef alvin is always trying out new food. new menu has arrived and is fab. If you have not been before go along as the creamery is great value for money π
As 1st time visitors to the Creamery today we had a lovely family lunch & some fun playing pool!! The service was excellent & the food was very tasty!! The best chips I've had in a long while!! A great choice of menu & was impressed with the Menu design!

Visited here for lunch with friends, and had a lovely meal. Everything is homemade and tastes delicious you won't be disappointed. I had hunters chicken which was done a little differently from what I have had in other places, the chicken was breaded fillets then covered in a bbq sauce topped with cheese & bacon served with lovely skin on fries. I have also had the steak pie, that too was fab, with proper pastry not the air blown disintegrates as soon as you touch it kind. All meals posted in my pics where really tasty . All served by a friendly waitress, sorry I never caught her name, that could not do enough for us even though she was serving all customers herself.
Have had breakfast and lunch here a few times. Breakfast amazing - best quality ingredients from Patrick's of Camelon. Lunch also top quality - all freshly prepared and top quality. Staff are also fantastic. Highly recommend.

Another great family meal at the Creamery. Portion sizes are unbeatable and the food is quality. Kudos to the chef and you are still the steak pie champion of the central belt....it should be mentioned that the decor and cleanliness of the premises, and especially the toilets, are first class. We were here for a funeral tea. Nice cosy place with nice decor. Staff pleasant. Food fresh and tasty.
But:
There was a misunderstanding over the bill by an over zealous member of staff, who embarrassed my poor mother in law after she had just attended her husbands funeral. The bill had been paid, but instead of him doing the normal thing asking staff if they had taken final payment, he shouted out who was settling the bill when my in-laws were leaving! Best practice, find out from staff if it has been paid, don't shout out to the customer in front of other customers, you could always send an invoice or call the customer if it hasn't been settled. My mother in law was so upset and rightfully angry. I understand he may have thought it hadn't been settled but it had been paid by my husband at the bar area of the main reception.
Im aware some people run off without paying but this was a pre arranged booking. The Creamery had the customers details. We are still happy to return as its a nice wee place. Just don't embarrass your customers!

Went here for lunch and was not disappointed. Staff were friendly and quickly seated us and took our order. A lovely selection of delicious food on the menu. Food was served in decent time. Large portions and very tasty.
Only criticism - I spilt some juice on the table before the meal and asked for it to be wiped up but no one ever came back to do that. I ended up using my napkin before it ran over the edge of the table and in to my clothes. π€¨
