I popped in to try to get some jeans at the weekend. I had to ask for some help and try some one. The staff were helpful and pleasant and thr store was neat and tidy.
When paying, we were served straight away and the cashier made the time to speak to my little boy... much to his delight.

This place is dieing on its feet. Staff do their best but prices are against the store as well as outdated clothes range. The food hall serves lovely food but again I find it to be over priced and cannot see people being able to afford these luxuries in the present financial climate

As a means of travelling from the car park to the High Street, Marks & Spencer is excellent.
Although the thoroughfare is sometimes a little congested with elderly residents of Falkirk stopping to look at the things in the shop, it is a charming and scenic route that will efficiently put you in the High Street without having anyone try to sell you Sky TV or ask for a pound for a charity you have never heard if but has something to do with children or cancer (sometimes both).
Marks & Spencer also often has little money cans at the tills so you can pop over and put a pound in a can for a charity you have heard of before if that seems more like a good way to give some charity money to those who will do useful things with it.
While visiting the shop please do ensure that if elderly people are blocking your way you stop and treat them with calm, patient deference. They have been using this route for many years now and keeping Marks & Spencer in business to protect your pathway, so they don't need some self important newcomers tutting and trying to dodge around them. Remember that you too will be old one day, and teach your children to be respectful. That way when you are old you can while away your quiet hours body blocking younger folks and secretly enjoying their polite frustration.
AS IS YOUR RIGHT.

Good food Hall with plenty of choice. However the choice of clothes is still lacking and if looking for something in particular that you've seen online it's far better to pop into Glasgow.

Absolutely disgusted that this shop has to close as it is right in the middle of central Scotland. It is a meeting place as well as tea room food and clothes store. A void now for lots of falkirk people shame on you for how you have treated your staff and customers .

Totaly disgusted with the organised gang with the large trolley buying all the dirt cheap food and actually pushing customers out of the way.using the trolley as a buffer. The staff should intervene and not put the goods on the shelf when no one else can get near it was horrible.a lot of the goods u could not freeze disgusting

Fair size shop to walk round plenty room. Some items are a fair price but others slightly too dear. Staff nice and friendly.

Quite basic when compared to other Marks and Spencers but still quite well stocked with a decent range and lovely staff. Shame its marked for closure, its well situated in the town and will be missed.
