Very unsuspecting small restaurant in the center of Felixstowe. Served amazing food and great beer. Fantastic service! 5*

Out for a friends birthday and it’s fair to say I was throughly surprised by this little restaurant. Specialising in Turkish meats - the taste of the food was amazing. Very tasty on the tongue. Flavoursome and not bland at all, I found my dish hugely refreshing. I had the charcoal selection of flat bread, meats, rice and a salad, please see my picture. You can also see the sharing platter on the other. My friends really enjoyed the cold and hot Mezze starter beforehand. A majority of us enjoyed baklava as a dessert and you could tell this was homemade - this pleased me as I am a foodie. The wine list and Prosecco were enjoyed by a few. Right down to the Turkish coffee, it was extremely ornate, it wowed us all including the detail of homemade Turkish delight as a complementary offering. Lastly the staff were very cheery and accommodating - when one of my friends wanted chips and not rice, this was dealt with professionally and instantly. Nothing being too much. The main consensuses was we all had a wonderful night. Thanks Gents.

Nothing else like it in Felixstowe. Loved the food from a wide ranging menu. Well cooked and you won’t leave hungry. Good wine list and bar. Service as you want it to be. Spend as much or little that you want for plenty of food. Car park close plus on street parking. No need to go to Turkey for a good Turkish food experience.

On our first visit to Felixstowe to watch a show at the Spa Pavillion we stumbled across the Anatolia Turkish restaurant for lunch . All I can say and adding to many other reviews of the like is that the service , food and all round experience was nothing other than first class . My wife and I had the special mixed grill which was plentiful , fresh and very very tasty the meat being lean and tender . Our Sever who unfortunately name I didn’t get was not only attentive but very professional with his advice on dishes etc , all in all a fantastic lunch , with Great food Great service and lovely atmosphere I am sure we will visit again as soon as we can , in short , thanks to all at the Anatolia and see you soon hopefully .

Great place, we stopped for lunch, service was excellent and the food freshly cooked, we were a party of seven and everyone enjoyed their meal. The sea bass was exceptional, we were served fresh bread and salad. No one went hungry and the bill was unbelievable for all seven of us to get three courses, wish all restaurants had this kind of service with such reasonable prices.

My husband and I are regular visitors to Felixstowe and can’t believe that we have missed out on this place for so long ! We booked a table as a precaution after reading previous reviews and are happy that we did as although it was fairly empty when we arrived it is popular and very soon filled up. We were served by the excellent staff and made to feel very welcome. Having made our choice of main courses from the menu ( no easy matter given the tempting dishes on offer) we were delighted to be presented with complimentary warm flatbread and cacik . An unexpected but delicious starter that went down very well indeed ! Our mains, moussaka and mixed shish, were nothing short of mouth watering. Quite the best Turkish food we’ve had in a very long time ! Portions are generous and as a result we felt too full for dessert. However, the complimentary piece of pistachio Turkish delight presented with the bill went down the hatch with no trouble ! We shall certainly be returning to Anatolia. If you want great food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to find it .

After visiting this restaurant over 2 years ago and looking for a Turkish restaurant we decided to re-visit here after reading the positive reviews on TripAdvisor. We had booked a table for 7:30pm although this probably wasn't necessary as we had our choice of quite a few tables. We shared the hot and cold starter platter between three which had a really nice selection alongside the complimentary bread and dip. We then all had lamb dishes in different forms which we all enjoyed. The portions are very generous leaving no room for dessert. On paying the bill we were each served a complimentary piece of pistachio Turkish delight which was lovely!

A friend had told me that she thought this Turkish restaurant to be the best in the area, therefore I had to go and sample the good food. Well, what an experience. Outstanding food, service, choice of menu and value for many. I can't praise this restaurant enough and have been telling all family and friends. Thank you to the attentive staff and I look forward to returning.

After a long day walking along the sea front, it was time to relax. We chanced upon Anatolia and were lucky to find a table. Its worth booking early. Nonetheless we ordered food and drinks from the helpful waitress and enjoyed an excellent meal. I had a vegetarian meal, suggested by the attentive waitress which not only looked good but tasted delicious. Both meals were full of fresh ingredients, served hot and tasty. Apologies for not being a fan of Turkish Delight, but it was a nice touch at the end of the meal.

We found this place 'by accident' - with the help of a Tripadvisor hint - after a 10km walk from Strattonhall. We did appreciate the flexibility of the host as we hadn't made a reservation. We were very much surprised by both the good service and the quality of the food. We found the food quite authentic as well. Definitely worth to go back.

This has become a very popular restaurant in Felixstowe and for good reason. It offers good quality Turkish food at reasonable prices. The service is good. Vegetarian options are available and the vegetable moussaka is particularly nice. Side portion of sautéed potatoes bit of a small portion for £2.50. Salad accompanying the meal would have been enhanced if there was an option for including feta cheese. Baklava sweet very tasty, if a bit pricy at £4.50. Complimentary Turkish bread and dip is a nice touch.

This is one of Felixstowe's little gems. Tucked in on a side street coming down Hamilton Road this is the place to be of you want a bit of Turkish delight to your meal. The food is excellent and the staff is even better, truly making you feel like you're not just a customer but a cherished guest. They've got a big, but not overwhelming, menu that should cater most people's taste. Myself I'm very fond of the Biber Dolma (stuffed pepper) and the mixed shish. Finish the meal of with a Turkish coffee and some Turkish delight and you're golden!

We have wanted to come here for ages so finished work early on a Friday and gave it a go! Firstly the service is attentive and genuine, and the restaurant has a cosy feel. The food is very fresh and authentic. The homemade tzatziki and homemade flatbreads are superb. We could have eaten them all day! The stuffed vine leaves and garlic mushrooms very tasty and the shish kebabs delicious. It was so nice to have something different for a change. Give it a go!
