Great for watching boats, big boats, little boats and weird looking boats :)

This really is a very nice place to visit. I find it very relaxing sitting on the beach and gazing out on the huge tankers when they are in dock and being loaded. There is a lovely cafe as well serving delicious food and the Staff that work there are always very friendly welcoming and pleased to see you.

Lovely viewing area of the docks. The cafe was shut but that didn’t matter, we only stopped off late in the day. Himself was very impressed with the tankers.

When are East Suffolk council going to replace the horizontal planks as bench seats? Fascinating watching huge container ships loading and unloading. Remarkable that this is the biggest container port in the country when it is tiny compared with Rotterdam.

Great views of Felixstowe harbour and to enjoy the sun!

Great view of the docks and ships. Car park next to the water. Cafe and toilets.

A lovely place to stop and enjoy the view. Pay and display parking, but not expensive. The fort looks very interesting but was closed the day we went so I can't comment any further on that one. Would like to come back when it is open.

Fantastic place to sit and watch the massive container ships loading and manoeuvring in the harbour.
The nature reserve is lovely to walk around with stunning seaviews and Landguard Fort. Sunset spectacular!
The cafe is very good too.

Beautiful Wildlife nature reserve perfectly placed at the end of the beach ⛱and running partly alongside the ferry ⛴port. Sadly the Fort Museum is only open Wednesdays. Felixstowe is the best combination of quaint and modern and not over commercialised. Love it 😀

Absolutely love this spot! It's amazing watching the Freightliners go in and out, while being loaded/unloaded by Felixstowe port cranes. There's even a cafe to grab a cup of tea.
Great place to walk your dog as well! Lovely nature reserve and plenty of walking distance to cover.
It's also next to Languard Fort which is an interesting place to visit as well.
Free parking, with ample spaces. 5 stars!q
