I know this is meant to be a “customer review” but this must be said....
I have performed at the Spa Pavilion on a number of occasions, in various shows, as a show producer, principal player and as a band member. I can say without doubt that, from any point of view, I have never been treated better in any venue, regardless of my position in the show.
The staff, and the management, are all very friendly, helpful and very professional. They are, collectively, the very best!
fantastic shows cant wait to come back again, great staff great beer great place
Really nice location, comfortable seating and great views up and down the coast. Staff are friendly, however some training needs to be given on how to serve coffee, mocha in particular, get that right and five stars are well and truly deserved. 🍦🏝️🍻☕️
Nice bar area with the view of the sea.
Some visitors struggled up the entrance steps which could do with better signs pointing them to a lift if there is one, or a ramp.
Fun 80's night with friends!
First time at venue. Probably not the best setting for this type of concert/show as many wanted to be up and dancing, which completely blocked others views who were seated.
Partner is very tall and cramped in the seat...very little leg room sadly.
I have just enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Spa Pavilion. Every tiny morsel of food had its own individual flavour. Beautifully cooked vegetables, not a mushy mess, Perfect portion size, fabulous meal. The young waiting staff are attentive and very polite. The kitchen staff sure know their stuff, top quality job. Thank you for everything
Always enjoy this venue great shows good to see a small venue thriving in these challenging times
The act was amazing and the location was great but the theatre itself could do with some updating. The decor was very dated and drab unlike the bar area which was quite bright. But having said that would return again if the right act was on
Stopped here for late breakfast. Good selection of food on offer. Nice coffee. Popular with local people. Difficult I know with the winds but more sun umbrellas are required as no respite from the sun by the Prom. Staff lovely. We would definitely visit if in Felixstow again.
I've been an irregular visitor to this restaurant but have not put my thoughts on Google yet. Yesterday (Sunday 3rd September) the whole seafront in Felixstowe was thronging with visitors and the locals were enjoying Art on the Prom so it was pure luck we got a table in the SPA. It probably has the best seaview of any restaurant in Felixstowe. My pal ordered the Haddock and Chips and I had the Roast of the Day which was gammon. He was happy with the quality of the Haddock but thought it wasn't very hot. Mine was great and came with 4 vegitables, plenty of roast potatoes, a good portion of gammon, stuffing and lots of gravy, including a gravy boat with extra if needed. My roast was £16.95.
Their friendly team make all the difference and we enjoyed our visit.
Lovely Old Theatre. Show we saw ‘Cirque’ was amazing. Will definitely be visiting again. So soon we have booked tickets for next weeks Pirate Radio Show with Roger “Twiggy” Day at this theatre.
By far this theatre is one of the top places for live music and shows for miles, the building itself is bursting with history with some of the greatest acts performing there over the years. With the added bar and resteraunt this is an all in one day out. I would advise booking ahead for food. The staff are always so helpful, I never had a bad show here. However I have also never videoed here either, I respect the house to much to break the rules. Always well worth a glance at their what's on page, they do have a massive range of shows.
