Stopped off on the way home from a day trip to Monkey world. I made a mistake and thought we had been given a item by mistake, staff happy to sort this. Once I sat down with my family my daughter pointed out what I thought was a error wasn't. Staff were happy enough to sort this out they were polite and friendly.

This KFC location serves up the classic menu items you'd expect from the fast food chain. The fried chicken is crispy and well-seasoned, with a variety of sauces available to add some extra flavor. The sides, like the mashed potatoes and coleslaw, are decent but not particularly memorable. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, and the service is generally efficient. While it's not the most upscale or healthiest dining option, if you're in the mood for some fast food chicken, this KFC location will satisfy your cravings.

The food isn’t always good. On this occasion it was like you’d expect from KFC. We waited longer than I’d like. I’ve had unpleasant visits before when they’ve closed the toilets and seating areas well before closing time.

Good place to dine, meet and stay. Easy access by cars or on foot. Parking is free but is limited to 70 minutes, otherwise you may get fined for £100 by the surveillance system.

The service was horrible and the staff was rude. I've been to kfc before and had a mighty bucket for 1 but this time the manager point blank refused to swap the 2 hot wings for mini fillets and the till girl just shrugged her shoulders and said nope can't do it. Attitudes stink new staff with friendly manner needed

Just ordered a 3piece meal with gravy instead of a drink, got home to find a 2piece variety meal and no gravy!!! Not worth the petrol and hassle to drive back - crap!!

Food was cold and when I said about it they took the chicken and dropped it back in the fryer and it came back completely soaked in oil absolutely disgusting place will never ever go back there place needs shutting down

I always end up stopping here after visiting Bournemouth. Parking can be difficult at the weekend. Usually been busy, but effective queuing system in place. I found it clean, and the food fresh and hot.

This is our fav kfc by far. We live in Coventry but travel to Portland we make a detour to this KFC. The food is excellent not as greasy as other Kfc's, the service is good and we have never had a mega long wait. Highly recommend

We use this KFC far more than we should! It is the best anywhere in the area for taste! Sure there are sometimes problems with orders and delays but we have always found them to be delt with very well. The core staff are very good however unfortunately they suffer the same problem many other outlets do with some apathetic young staff which sometimes shows in the tidyness of the seating area & car park. They have the usual offers plus store specific ones and of course its worth getting the Colonels club card / app. If you like KFC then go here, we will sometimes travel past others to go to this branch.

Got a burger Chicken was only just warm, burger bun cheese and bacon was ice cold, complained and " got a fresh one" funny it looked exactly like the cold one and was still cold, fries were redone, by pouring back into hopper adding some fresh ones mixing and serving. Not eating there again

My boyfriend just ordered two zinger box meals and a boneless box and everything was undercooked. The chips were soggy, the zinger burger had a big black hair in it(we are all blonde) and the chicken in the burgers was all red and dark. Worst KFC I have ever had. Shame I can't post the picture of the hair!

Staff are to slow...to much chatting going on and is not very clean and toilets are filthy .. I also see some of the good reviews are a year old when it first opened. lol . I live near Ferndown and Will not be returning here, or any other KFC . !
