Lovely dog friendly place to stay. Made my dogs feel welcome and me relaxed. Room super and even fan provided as it is warm. Within striking distance of Fitzpatrick referrals which was my reason for staying. Would recommend.

Nice setting, friendly staff. Stayed for 2 nights in room 4. Low level room which was comfy with beverages, but the carpet was grubby, the handles of the chest of drawers were broken and there was a big dip in the floor in the bathroom. The evening meal was uninteresting but an Indian restaurant next door was a better option. Beside a main road but wasn't a problem as we were sleeping at the back.

Best Roast and Burgers in the area. My partner and I discovered The Kings Arms after our favourite Chef Pat began to run the kitchen. The quality of the food is fantastic. Both visits over the past two weeks have been exceptional!

First time going to the kings arms. We went for quiz night which is held on the first Monday of every month. Staff were very welcoming and drinks were very reasonably priced! Nice seating area around the bar with extra seating in the restaurant section of the pub. An enjoyable experience and was a good laugh.

A comfy friendly pub in a stunning location. Henry the host made our whole family welcome and there were treats for the dog. Great pub!

Great morning shared with the running staff of the Indian restaurant next door after a night spent at the pub's hotel. Best sausage bap ever !! And good fun with the little one. Really recommend the place :)

We stayed here for 2 days last week . We found the owners & staff friendly and accommodating . The Pub is warm & cozy with a good atmosphere & with good beer & Doggie biscuits . The rooms were comfortable if in need of a good clean( old spiders webs, dirty grouting in shower etc ) Would recommend a different floor covering when having Dogs staying . Was good to have door out onto Garden for our Dog . The evening meal & breakfast was good & very substantial . Overall very good value for money in the area so would return .Bob,Linda&Teddy(Jack Russel ) Fowler .

After driving through a mixture of fog, mist, & sunny weather on our return from Midhurst we called into the Kings Arms pub, just outside Fernhurst. This is a lovely old pub with wooden beams, & two lovely log fires burning which on a cold morning are most welcoming. We ordered our food which was absolutely wonderful, & with a warm welcome we would have to say that we will be going to visit it again. Many thanks to the staff there from Ray, Rosemary, & Susie our dog.

Only serves Sri Lankan curry ,but we'll worth the wait, has to be the best Curry 🍛😋 I've had. Doesn't serve coffee or tea ,same as not everyone drinks alcohol,

Rooms are decorated beautifully, lovely and comfortable, good coffee making facilities, good shower plenty of hot water, and a selection of toiletries. Very friendly staff, and a lovely cooked breakfast. A bit pricey but for the area probably a good rate.

Amazing x Annie is a star. Down from London and walked to this pub and was given a lift home! The best customer service I've ever had in my life! Pub is beautiful and has a great selection of wine plus it's dog friendly x

this is just the lovliest Inn. The warmest of welcomes was bestowed on our arrival. The room is divine - a converted stable, with all you need and more. A Comfy bed; coffee pod machine; bottled water; toiletries; hot water. Better than many a top hotel. We ate in the bar - veggie option of chickpea burger was delicious. Cannot fault this pkace - just lovely! Oh and horses in the adjoining field - sublime! Do visit.

Second time that we have stayed there and once again made very welcome. The accommodation was excellent and the breakfast was also excellent. We had a meal in the Baynan and the food was also excellent. We will definitely be staying there again.

Welcoming, service with a smile, no long wait, food was delicious! We turned up here at nearly 9pm, after walking out of another nearby "Michelin star" restaurant, we were hungry, in need of a good, well priced, satisfying dinner and boy did we get one! Excellent service too!

We popped in on a Friday lunchtime following a long walk in the snow. The pub is very cosy, warm and welcoming with open fires. The staff are very pleasant. We had a light lunch which was very tasty and great value for money. The atmosphere was perfect, we will definitely being going back for an evening meal.
