Inghams Fish Restaurant - Filey - Photo album

Quite simply the best fish and chips. Lovely meaty haddock, tasty batter that is crispy but not hard and perfect chips. Very reasonably priced, good size portions and friendly service. Only issue is how far away they are from home, which is why we choose Filey for a short break to enjoy them again a
Absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing with light crispy batter, none greasy chips and well done peas. Everything was served really nicely and the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Can highly recommend
The best Cod & Chips I've ever tasted! Wasn't a fan of the Haddock though. Excellent service, and atmosphere, and perfect gravy :) Will be going back for more Cod, Chips and gravy again in the future!
What a lovely fish shop in Filey! Service was really friendly and the service was super fast. The fish was cooked to perfection I'd put it up there in the top 5 I've eaten. The staff member who served me and my husband was really friendly and polite and made us feel welcome. Keep doing what yous are
Just delicious fish and chips, excellent service in the sit down restaurant. Perfect!
Purchased haddock & chips for £8.50. Excellent quality food and good portion size. Highly recommend if in filey.
More than enough and this was the standard Haddock. Nice fish, best so far this year.
Best fish and chips we've ever had and we live in Northumberland n tried our best up there and yours beat them.handa down :)
Visited today and had possibly the best Fish and Chips on the East Coast!! Light batter, crispy and delicious succulent fish (haddock). The chips were also delicious and a side of mushy peas (the greenest peas I've ever seen!) and curry sauce. Totally delicious, fairly priced and I'll be making sure
Fish and chips at the seaside are an essential part of any visit, and you'd have to go a long way to beat these. Very reasonable prices and very good portions, too. The whole thing was cooked perfectly, and the haddock was just the best quality ever. My girlfriend had a small fish, which in any othe
Top notch fish and chips, certainly in my all time top 3, and the service was excellent and very friendly. The chap who took our order even warned me about the size of the superior haddock, being very much on the exceptionally large side. I still went for it and managed it, just (see photo). I co
Really lovely old fashioned fish and chip restaurant. Proper sized fish and chips, mushy peas and bread and butter too. Had a bit of a queue to get it in because it's so popular but definitely worth the wait. The food was delicious and the staff were super and efficient.
Excellent fish and chips. Crispy batter, tasty fish, grease-free. The small haddock and chips was plenty and a reasonable price. A bit noisy when we arrived probably due to children there in the school holidays. Would go again.
Very nice fish and chips and worth every penny’ the restaurant is clean and tidy with plenty of setting front and back’ no parking but it’s only a short walk from the public car park
Exactly what you’d expect from a seaside fish and chip shop - dined in and the service was informal and friendly. Prices weren’t cheap, but it didn’t seem out of place expensive. The fish batter was a work of art - phenomenally crispy and the chips were also really nicely cooked. Had no issues finis
We usually take our food to eat outside today we ate in the restaurant very pleasant atmosphere delightful staff , the portions are immense good quality service & food!
Beautiful fish and chips. A traditional fish and chip restaurant in the heart of Filey. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.
Absolutely fantastic fish and chips, I'd go as far to say probably the best iv had to date. Service is fast, and even with the cue outside, it's still only a 5 minute wait. I've not tried the restaurant yet, but it's definitely on the cards' next visit.
