Quite simply the best fish and chips.
Lovely meaty haddock, tasty batter that is crispy but not hard and perfect chips.
Very reasonably priced, good size portions and friendly service.
Only issue is how far away they are from home, which is why we choose Filey for a short break to enjoy them again a
Absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing with light crispy batter, none greasy chips and well done peas. Everything was served really nicely and the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Can highly recommend
The best Cod & Chips I've ever tasted! Wasn't a fan of the Haddock though. Excellent service, and atmosphere, and perfect gravy :) Will be going back for more Cod, Chips and gravy again in the future!

Service was really friendly and the service was super fast. The fish was cooked to perfection I'd put it up there in the top 5 I've eaten. The staff member who served me and my husband was really friendly and polite and made us feel welcome. Keep doing what yous are

Visited today and had possibly the best Fish and Chips on the East Coast!! Light batter, crispy and delicious succulent fish (haddock). The chips were also delicious and a side of mushy peas (the greenest peas I've ever seen!) and curry sauce. Totally delicious, fairly priced and I'll be making sure

Really lovely old fashioned fish and chip restaurant. Proper sized fish and chips, mushy peas and bread and butter too. Had a bit of a queue to get it in because it's so popular but definitely worth the wait. The food was delicious and the staff were super and efficient.

Very nice fish and chips and worth every penny’ the restaurant is clean and tidy with plenty of setting front and back’ no parking but it’s only a short walk from the public car park
Exactly what you’d expect from a seaside fish and chip shop - dined in and the service was informal and friendly. Prices weren’t cheap, but it didn’t seem out of place expensive. The fish batter was a work of art - phenomenally crispy and the chips were also really nicely cooked. Had no issues finis

Absolutely fantastic fish and chips, I'd go as far to say probably the best iv had to date.
Service is fast, and even with the cue outside, it's still only a 5 minute wait.
I've not tried the restaurant yet, but it's definitely on the cards' next visit.
