Very welcoming bar with good range on offer. Recommended.
Great little pub, excellent staff
Followed the covid 19 rules. The bar man was extremely friendly as were the others in the pub. Great pint of Carling. Good prices. Water available for dogs. Plenty of seats outside and the great weather made our time there just perfect. Definitely recommended
6 of us popped in for our evening meal & we were well looked after. The young waiter was friendly & took care of our needs. The food was lovely, hot & plentiful. 3 of us managed a dessert.....the Baileys cheesecake was fabulous!! The experience was very pleasant & we will definitely be back!!
Our first time in the Cottage Inn. We found it to be a really friendly pub and will most definitely be going back on our next visit to Filey.

Absolutely outstanding on all counts. Friendly pub (landlord and locals) and the food was absolutely fantastic. Freshly cooked, real chips and at a price you don't normally associate with pub prices - very very good value for money. First visit but will be back for definite as it is walking distance

The landlord was very friendly and attentive. A dog friendly pub too, with biscuits and water on tap.
The menu was traditional English pub grub, chose the gammon platter with 2 pieces of gammon 2 sausages
We regularly come to hunmanby for a day out from scarborough and we always without fail visit the cottage. A Lovely little pub whether you sit inside or out lovely owner and friendly locals
