Wet afternoon and in search of coffee and food , we popped in. Lovely floral display out the front gave it an enticing homely feel.
Inside is a homage to deer/stags.. There are a lot to look at whilst waiting for food.
Everywhere was clean and other customers seemed happy.
A couple of large breakfasts, a latte and a flat white soon appeared. It wasnt particularly busy, but the staff were friendly and attentive.
The portions were generous, the food was hot and tasty and the prices were reasonable.
The only thing that let it down was the coffee! It was quite bitter tasting. Otherwise a great little cafe.
Stopped in randomly on the way looking for takeaway food. The first thing I would like to praise is the amazing flower decoration of the cafe😍 And everything else was also great - delicious food and wonderful staff👍 Definitely recommend❤️️
The breakfasts were delicious, so tasty and served very hot. Came with a cuppa or a coffee. Very much recommended. The staff were lovely too.
The downside was we ate in the beer garden which was untidy and not very well kept. Another couple arrived and said exactly the same and quickly left. Such a shame as with a little bit of care, weeding and a lick of paint on the wall, it could be made very welcoming and a lovely outside space to enjoy food.
Lovely little cafe in a quiet town.
We had a regular breakfast with a cuppa and iced coffee. The coffee wasn't on the menu but they were happy to accommodate and checked for any dietary requirements.
This cafe felt very homely. If you want fancy, tiny portioned and picture perfect food - this place may not be for you.
However, if you value hearty, made with love soul food (with big portions!) that tastes great - Cresswell's is a winner.
Great prices too - cost £20 for the both of us
Friendly and welcoming staff,
Table wiped down before we were seated a plus in my book,
I had the large scottish breakfast the haggis was terrible! But the rest of the breakfast more than made up for it! The bacon was the star of the breakfast thick, tasty and perfectly cooked!
The wife and kids breakfast's were spot on! The drinks were nice and the prices were very reasonable!
All in all a very pleasant dining experience and we will be returning before we return home!
Such a lovely, friendly place to eat! Very dog friendly too! Our dog was very spoilt every time we visited.
Would certainly recommend the breakfasts!😋
Will definitely be visiting again next time we’re in Fishguard.
Went to Fishguard to see my son as he has just moved there for work. He took me here for breakfast and I had the large Scottish breakfast it was one of the best breakfast I have ever had. Also the staff and place was so friendly and a great place to be. Would recommend this cafe to anyone if you want the best breakfast in town
Popped in after spotting the brightly coloured flowers out the front. Was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. Good menu choice and reasonably priced. Was surprised to see Scottish breakfast on the menu with haggis and square sausage. Had to try it and wasn't disappointed, quick service and really tasty.
Would I visit again when i Fishguard? Absolutely yes!
I think I’ve probably had everything on the menu over the years and as always everything was perfect… last night however was my partner and mines first pizza night 🍕and WOW…it was delicious.. genuinely Italy should be worried 🫶.. especially if they follow up with an Eton mess sundae like I had 🫶..Thank you for a lovely evening ❤️
Excellent little cafe, good portions, I had chips ham and egg with a glass of beer, home cooked chips. Staff very friendly and chatty, I recommend this place.
