Had steak & Lobster & you can pick any 2 sides too. And Are server was excellent.he kept are peach teas full & attention to are attention at all times. While he was doing the same thing to others customers at other tables. Also I noticed the other waiters & waitresses were talking care of all the customers as well. They made is feel right at home there!! 👍

The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the Create Your Own trio with Grilled Shrimp Scampi, Grilled Alaskan Salmon, and Fried Flounder. Everything was delicious, although the scampi had been better at other locations.

I am obsessed with seafood. So I ordered in. The service was expedited. My snow crab was okay just a little cold. My pasta was very wet and not creamy like a normal pasta sauce. I could actually pour off the sauce. Just say I had leftovers and that is not me.
Update: The restaurant did send me a gift card for 30.00 when I originally spent 39.00. But that is better than nothing. I must say the food was amazing this time. I ordered from a different location FM 1960 Houston Texas. I ordered the Alaskan Salmon with a Potatoes and Broccoli. Also two bowls of Lobster Bisque Soup with added Crab Meat and some complimentary cheddar biscuits. The customer service was great! The Salmon was perfectly cooked and my soup was loaded with additional crab meat. We are on the same page! We can now be friends again!

Red Lobster Hosted myself and 20 others for dinner tonight. We all had a good time! Some of the party were vegetarians and Red Lobster accommodated them with ease! Everything was great and everyone enjoyed their meals! Flagstaff Red Lobster is a must!

My first steak came out extremely tuff (my luck of the draw on a bad cut?), the manager replaced it with a new one and it cut like butter. It made for a great birthday dinner. We will definitely be back with all there specials!

We ate at Red Lobster for lunch in Flagstaff Az .I love Salmon! I ordered the Salmon New Orleans with side of Broccoli and Salad and hot tea drink.They gave us hot roll to Snack on. (I really didnt like Cajun butter sauce nor the tomato - Cilantro relish on my salmon.) I did enjoy our meals,plus our waitress was very nice,polite.

Ordered takeout from here. Kong pao noodle fried lobster, shrimp and Brussels sprouts. Flavor was awesome as expected!Not a fan of their beverage manual though. Choice is limited.

The husband loves seafood and wanted Red Lobster for his birthday. We waited a little longer than suggested but it was okay, we spent that time talking to one another. Manager was really nice and so were the hostess and waiter. Waiter made sure we had what we asked for and checked up on us. If waiter was busy the manager came over and checked on us. Very friendly. Food was delicious. My husband had a really good meal, enjoyed his time there. Good service all the way to the end.
